My aunt is 93 years old, congestive heart failure patient and cannot walk. We were 3 minutes outside of the grace period arriving for wound care appointment. Doctor refused to see her. There was a major car accident along route to doctor's office and was diverted to different route by police causing the late arrival. Front office staff refused to alert doctor of what happened and turned us away. My aunt was struggled with her health but managed to pull herself together to get to this appointment after being bombarded by daily calls from this office to book an appointment with this doctor. This is a prime example how these types of doctors are more focused on taking money from the elderly rather than providing them adequate and compassionate care. I had to give him 1 star otherwise I would've rated him 1/2 star. I would NOT recommend anyone take their disabled and elderly family members to this doctor or to this office.
