Brackets never stay on, never sees the actual Orthodontist just the techs. You would think the Orthodontist would want to approve what is being done on his patients Teeth. Took child’s braces off bc it was “his fault” for the continuous faulty brackets...this started on day 1 and continuously occurred.

The office manager Susan informed me today at my daughter's appointment that her crying in pain is absurd and she will not tolerate her doing this. She is not in pain and that if she did this at her next appt they will discharge her! Are you kidding me! Make my daughter feel her pain is insignificant will not happen! We told then at her 1st appt how much she was in pain! Staff is great Office manager needs help!
