Dr. Bryan J. Tigner

Dr. Tigner and his team were very kind and professional. They always give you the time and attention you require to feel comfortable and educated, I never feel rushed thru my appointments. Dr Tigner explained every detail of my diagnosis to me and all of the options available. He listened to my fears and concerns regarding the options, surgeries, possible time off work needed, and the possible financial burdens that may arise, and together we choice the best option for me. He did an excellent job all around and I am completely satisfied with the my treatment plan we chose. I would highly recommend Dr. Tigner to anyone that is in need of allergy or ENT services.

Dr. Tigner was great, but blowing off a patient's concerns as "being crazy" is not a way to earn a great bedside manner rating. There is a reason they call it practicing medicine. Remember...a person knows their own body sometimes better than any doctor. Other than this little hiccup, Dr. Tigner did his job satisfactorily, and I was on my way.

Dr. Tigner is the first allergy doctor I have seen in 20 years. This was a follow-up visit after the first visit where we reviewed allergy test results. Dr. Tigner recommended I get weekly allergy shots. He explained what that involved and how long the shot treatment will last. I said I would have to talk it over with my spouse resulting in this visit to let Dr. Tigner know our decision. I decided not to do allergy shots at this time. He agreed and suggested other methods to reduce the effects of the allergies.

Dr. Tiger is very pleasant to work with. Thorough in approach and patiently answered my questions about chronic sinus issues. Most complete sinus exam I’ve ever had in more than 10 years.

Dr. Tigner was able to cure a decades long addiction to nasal spray that other doctors were unsuccessful at. He is extremely patient, knowledgeable and has exceptional "bedside manners" I would also say he keeps up with and has the latest medical knowledge and equipment!

Dr. tigger was very thorough and took his time explaining that my issue was Tinnitus and significant hearing loss. After explaining all option to me he gave me some medication and told me to take my time considering my options. He was extremely kind with a great bedside manner. I have decided to get hearing aides and he is very helpful in helping me explore my options. I am thrilled to have him as my ENT.

My son went to another doctor for his tubes couple years ago. Which we did not have a great experience but since moving to Dr. Tigner we have nothing but great experiences. Dr. Tigner is always great with my son! Highly recommend.

I needed to get in quickly as I was having issues with my ears. They worked me in within a few days of my request and Dr. Tigner took care of everything. Dr. Tigner evaluated my nasal passage to see if I might be a candidate for a procedure to open the airway more. He explained the way it would be performed, the time it would take, and the post-procedure recovery and activity level. I was very impressed with his explanation and have scheduled an appointment to have him perform this procedure on myself in the near future. Dr. Tigner is a very caring doctor and even escorted me to the scheduler. Not many doctors take the extra time with their patients to do that. I would certainly recommend him to any of my family members or friends.

Have been a patient of Dr Tigner's for about 3 years and have found him to be very thorough, listens to my concerns and formulates an excellent care plan. Diagnosed with an "ear stroke" which caused sudden loss of hearing. Recommended hearing aids which are now on order. Found unusual looking growth inside left nostril and did a biopsy.
