Dr. Jeffrey Charles Bailey

I was seen in August 2021 then again in March 2022. At both visits they neglected to tell me they no longer took my insurance starting in March 2022. At my March visit the receptionist and hygienist told me they check into my insurance and my x-rays would be covered. They neglected to inform me in several instances they opted out of my insurance provider. Very disappointing communication and office management.

Great people, great service, and they are as accommodating as can be in these troubled times.

I really like Dr. Bailey's dental practice. He was great with helping me get a dental device for sleep apnea. My only concern is availability of appointment times and dates. He doesn't see patients for evening appointments and he is closed for long weekends, only can get weekend appointment during the winter months and only every other weekend. I was unable to get a 6 month follow up from the day I was seen. Have to wait one more month, but with my dental plan I get two cleanings a year, quite upset about appointment availability. Dr Bailey is a fabulous dentist. He is the dentist for the entire family. Kirtland Dental works wonders with children. We have been going to Kirtland Dental for years and would not think of going anywhere else. The staff is kid friendly and always takes the time to talk with and educate my children on dental health and practices. They go out of their way to accommodate to our scheduling needs. Love Dr. Bailey and the entire staff. Fay is so sweet and very helpful.

As a long time patient of Dr. Bailey, I have had many opportunities to visit his office. I have always been pleased with the kindness of the entire staff and the quality of care I have received.

Dr Jeffrey Bailey is an excellent very knowledgeable dentist, his staff is very nice and like family to me. The office is well maintained, clean and sterile which is important.

I absolutely love Dr. Bailey and staff. My family and I don’t go anywhere else. I had a huge fear of the dentist and they work with me every time. Extremely kind and friendly at every visit!
