Dr.Hein is patient,kind, and very knowledgeable. His office staff ia a reflection of him! They are all amazing! Would refer him to anyone!

Dr.Hein is an amazing primary care MD. He spends the time with you making sure he takes care of all your concerns and needs. The office staff goes above and beyond what you are would normally expect from a Dr’s office. They are all so patient and kind! I would recommend Dr. Hein, his PA Aubrey(who is wonderful!) and his office team to anyone! Your in the best hands!!

Dr. Hein is great. His front office staff on the other hand are HORRIBLE to patients! They need fired!

Dr. Hein has been my PCP for about 17 years from when I was in elementary school all the way through my young adult years (I’m in my mid-20s now). He has always been courteous, kind, and attentive. He listens to all your health concerns and approaches them at an angle that does not alarm you. I suffer from general anxiety disorder and a bit of health anxiety, and he always listens to my concerns and offers solutions. He is never judgmental and comes from a very empathetic standpoint. I would recommend him to anyone!

Do with Covid. HVCC NP advised call pcp to have order placed for monoclonal antibodies today at hospital . This Dr is the dr on call he claims he does not know how to set up an infusion treatment at the hospital during the weekend , he refused to even try , did not care my window for these antibodies close Monday, had the nerve to say sorry you tested positive on a weekend , I can’t help you . You will have to call your Dr office on Monday

Never got to meet the actual doctor waited months to been seen by this doctor as a new patient the day before my appointment they call me and have to reschedule they could have moved me earlier that day which wouldn't work because I already took time off of work for this appointment at 3 o'clock the receptionist has a major additude problem terrible customer service i am changing my pcp and would not recommend any new patients to go there waiting time for appointment are months out and then you have to deal with rude staff i would never bring my business to folks who are not deserving doctor maybe good by the front office is terrible

My experience with Dr. Hein has been very good. I feel he listens to me and explains things so I can understand. He understands what it is to be human and doesn’t expect perfection in his patients. Good family doctor.

Excellent diagnostician especially if you are a more mature patient. Brisk and to the point. Caring but does not coddle patients. .

You can't get in to see him. U have to see his nurse and comunicate thru his office staff so he gets ur illness symptoms second and third hand. So very frustrating and makes u feel like he could care less about you. Too busy for me for hands on care

I would give him zero starts if I could. He is the least caring doctor I have ever seen. He makes you feel like you are wasting his time when you talk to him. My brother was diagnosed with cancer and he couldn't be bothered to even call him back, waited 12 hours to then tell him to just go to the emergency room. He is a worthless doctor
