Dr. Jean Earlene Moretto

I have known Dr. Moretto for years. She's always there when something arises and counseling is needed. She does not judge. She listens. She is professional yet very caring. I'd recommend her and have. My fiance and I took the communication course with her before we got married. (both 2nd marriages) It made all the difference in our relationship knowing how to communicate fairly and effectively. Worked so well, I'm giving it to my kids and fiances for a gift.

Very unprofessional. Called&emailed to schedule first appointment. Never responded. Instead gave my file to a student intern. Intern calls me to schedule appt w/her (the intern). I had no idea who she was. Dr moretto finally calls. She called me someone else’s name & began asking me about my trauma. I never said I had trauma. If she was too busy/not accepting patients, could have simply emailed back &said so.Glad I didn’t trust my care to her. Therapy isn’t easy. Don’t need someone not present.

Dr. Morreto is one of the kindest person I have ever met. I feel blessed to have her as my doctor. Walters Walk is a very positive and uplifting place. All the counselors reflect Dr. Morreto's believe that healing is possible. There is no judgement made but instead help is found and care is taken to make one feel comfortable and accepted. Dr. Morreto is a very special person and I highly recommend her and her staff.
