I recently had a consultation with Dr. Garrett to devise a game plan to replace the partials I had from my previous dentist that no longer were serviceable. I found his office to be beautifully appointed, clean and very busy. Everyone there was professional, polite and extremely helpful as they took my x-rays. It was evident that Dr. Garrett was extremely knowledgeable about his craft, which immediately put me at ease. I was amazed that although I had only waited five minutes to see him, he already had everything delineated on my plan, including costs, my insurance coverage and the balance for which I would be responsible . He and his nurse explained everything in detail and I was confident that I had come to the best dentist in the area! I had planned to start treatment the next week, but I have cancer that has reoccured quite suddenly and I have to address that first. However, I will definitely return to Dr. Garrett as soon as I am able!

The opposite of what a dental professional should be... They’re disrespectful and tell their patients “I’m trying to hurry so I’m not in here all day” IT IS YOUR job and as a dental professional myself if I have to be in there ALL DAY then I will be in there all day if I have to. Also telling a patient “You have poor hygiene” and throwing a toothbrush and toothpaste at a patient is unacceptable. Ignoring your patients when they ask questions is also unacceptable. If you don’t like your job then find a better one. If you cannot treat patients with respect then find another job. I’ll never understand dental professionals who dislike their job and are disrespectful towards patients and keep working in healthcare. As a dental professional myself I can understand that sometimes we have hard days.. BUT blatantly disrespecting people ESPECIALLY your patients is wrong. Dr Garrett made me never want to sit in another dentist chair ever. During a cleaning I mentioned I was still having pain in a tooth he had done a root canal and crown on, the hygienist had it xrayed then had him check it. He stated he could pull it and return the money I paid out of pocket if it still gave me problems next cleaning. It was hurting worst next cleaning. (I found out it had been infected the entire time, he never treated me for it) I was scheduled to get the tooth pulled. The day of the extraction he gave me very little pain killer and pulled at the tooth with no regards to my discomfort, he loosened another in the process. I left feeling like he had broken my jaw, my mouth still bloody, I had gone past pain. It was days before Thanksgiving day. I was recently referred to a wonderful dentist. I am still getting damage repaired on teeth Dr Garrett "fixed". He did a lot a damage. I paid him out of pocket, in full. Beautiful, nice and clean office and rooms! Staff were very welcoming. Very informative and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable and all my questions were answered. Would definitely recommend! ????

Amazing dentist and staff. Started here as a teen and now I bring my husband and daughter. I'll be a patient as long as they're open!!!

My 2 boys, both 15, have been here for 2 cleanings and cavities. We’ve had very positive experiences, no complaints at all. Dr. Garrett even had to fix mistakes a previous dentist made. The staff is attentive and helpful. The office looks brand new, spacious and very clean. Dr. Garrett is friendly, easy to talk with and explains everything that’s going on. I am so impressed that I have now switched to Dr. Garrett myself. My 2 boys, both 15, have been here for 2 cleanings and cavities. We’ve had very positive experiences, no complaints at all. Only pulls teeth and damages others! Many seriously bad experiences however none of which had rated him apparently ! Many on Facebook state, do not go to Garret! I think these good reviews are from employees!

My wait was less than five minutes, everyone was friendly and they take great care of you. They make the “scary” trip to the dentist... quick and easy. Loved Dr. Garrett, great dentist but even a better guy!

He gave me 2 crowns which stayed infected. when I told the hygienist He said 'I was trying to save your tooth' I stupidly allowed him to remove the infected teeth. It was the most painful experience I have ever had and I had 2 children with no anesthesia. Then he rolled his eyes at me and left the room. If you go to him please do upset him, he definitely gets his revenge.

He did 2 root canals and crowns for me. they got infected and never cleared up. I told the hygienist I was in pain. I allowed him to remove them, big mistake. He made me suffer for letting him know he his fix didn't work. I was in soooo much pain. The dental assistant called me twice to offer me more Vicodin. His pride is more important than the patient.

This office is great. Everyone was professional and super nice. Dr. Garrett is really nice as well. And whomever did his interior design and landscaping knows their stuff. Great ambience and beautiful view while getting my teeth cleaned.

Got three fillings that did not last even a year. Pain on all three visits, and was very unhappy with the work. I'm 45 and been to 4 different dentists in my life. This dr was in a rush and my new dentist said that it was some of the worst dental fillings he has seen

The office of Jathen and David Garrett is truly remarkable. Never before have I been seen so quickly, and treated with such respect, as in this office. I highly recommend it to anyone, and especially those with kids.
