Dr. Jason Florimonte is A good I think advent health is the problem. Ever since they took over this place has been run to the ground. If you are sick, you can never get into see the doctor so if you were reading these reviews, make a smart choice and seek a differen place that doesn’t have a crazy work load. I don’t like to go around trashing places, but I just don’t want anyone else to have the bad experience I have had here.

It is absolutely impossible to get a return phone call from this office regardless of the effort. Neither phone calls nor online messages left for medical teams or Marcy the practice manager yielded a response Dr Florimonte may be a good doctor but the office is ridiculously unprofessional. I called literally 6 times over the last 7 days for a controlled substance refill order. I am going out of town this weekend and have yet to receive a return phone call. I don’t even know what to do next other than leave the practice. But meanwhile I wait one more day to get a needed prescription called in. The office staff is incompetent. Appointments aren’t scheduled correctly. There is no follow up. Phone calls are not returned. This doctor allowed my medications to lapse. He didn’t respond to the numerous requests for refill authorizations and no one in his office called to let me know this was happening, what the problem was or if there even was a problem.

Been a patient of Dr. Florimonte for years now and he's the best doctor I have ever had. In central FL it can be challenging to find someone good. I hopped around for several years before I found Florimonte. Great staff and really nice office located right at Celebration hospital, which is a really nice facility all around. While Dr. Florimonte is competent enough, dealing with this provider has proved to be an appalling experience. It took several phone calls over the course of eight working days, and finally a return visit to get a one minute analysis of my annual lab work (even though the lab results were posted within 24hrs on the App). Following that, I was slapped with a $200+ “new patient” charge over and above the “annual physical” fees covered by my insurance. I was never told about any “new patient” fee when I scheduled the appointment for an annual physical. Billing will not return your phone calls. The App will prompt you to submit an “online contact from” which will route you back to the same, unresponsive billing telephone number. Save yourself time and money—do not visit this provider. It is by far the worst provider I have ever dealt with across the US in 20 years. While Dr. Florimonte is readily accepting new patients, he does not have time to see his existing “established” patients. It will take you weeks to get a virtual consultation and months before you can get an appointment to see him in person. The receptionist will direct you to the ER/urgent care if you are unwell. My wife and I get an annual preventative exam every year. We just moved to the area and she selected this doctor listed in our network. They said she would have to come for a new patient establishment visit before the physical and scheduled an appointment for both visits for the same day/time. She was not told about any fees associated with the new patient visit. Her annual is covered by our insurance. They sent us a bill (charged by the minute) for over $600! The entire visit was coded as new patient visit. Do not go to this doctor! My wife and I get an annual preventative exam every year. They charge an undisclosed new patient establishment fee (billed by the minute!) before doing an annual preventative screening (covered by insurance). They code the annual preventative screening as part of new patient establishment and bill over $600 (not covered by insurance because of the way it is coded). You will have to call the office repeatedly for days for a nurse to return your call to review your lab results. The doctor is accepting new patients but it will be months before an established patient can get an appointment to see him. While we are all grateful to healthcare workers for getting us through a global pandemic, it is disheartening to see some providers blindside patients with their legal but unethical practices.

Great Doc. He listens and is willing to look into things that I have read and provided feedback. My wife has started going there as well and had the same experience.

Dr. Florimonte is an efficient, patient, understanding physician. He addresses all of your concerns and excels in patient satisfaction. I enjoy having him as my physician.

Dr. Florimonte is a great doctor and really cares and has concerns for his patients. I would say he has been one of the best doctors I have had in my lifetime. Both me and my spouse see Dr. Florimonte.

Dr. Florimonte is great. I have never had any issues with him. I have a problem with his front desk. I called to schedule an appointment and they refused to give me an appointment because i saw a different primary care doctor in another office. they said my chart was transferred to them. i tried to explain i only saw that other doctor because dr. florimonte didn't have any appointments. I was sick, i needed to be seen by someone. She was rude to me and wouldn't listen. Its a shame they won't let me see him because he is a great doctor. never heard of such a thing. Always completely present with patients! Definitely a great find.

GREAT DOCTOR....Listens to what you have to say. Gives options and not always Drugs! Important to me.

Dr. Florimonte always take his time to understand and address my concerns. He never tries to rush you out. The staff is very friendly and professional.

This doctor is very rude. He shouldn’t be practicing in the celebration area at all. The way he talks to the patients for the first time is absurd. His staff is very friendly other than that look elsewhere for a doctor that treats you with RESPECT!

I have had nothing but excellent interactions with Dr. Florimonte and the staff here. Everyone is so nice!

Doctor Florimonte has an amazing re pore with me he listens!!!!! He is understanding Kind and considerate. He is the best doctor i have met and have followed him all the way to Kailua when I live in Mililani!! I respect his impute and honor his request he is my Doctor!!
