At 1st I thought he was the best at what he does it was all good until I got out of hospital he wouldn't return calls never asked how I was doing now I'm having complications can't find him sorry but true

Dr. Little is the best doctor and does amazing work. He answers any and all questions. My results are far better than what I expected with very little down time and pain was controlled.

Dr. Little recently performed a revision Rhinoplasty and Breast Augmentation on me and both turned out beautifully. He corrected a severe deviated septum and shaved the bridge of my nose because I wanted it to appear smaller. Dr Little is the best surgeon I’ve ever had. He’s not only superior as a surgeon but, as a person also. He listens and he never rushes, he also doesn’t over react and he calms you down. I would give him 100 stars.

I had a great experience with Dr. Little! After already performing surgeries on my husband for cancer, I knew he was more than capable of the parotidectomy I needed . Dr. Little is by far the best doctor I’ve ever had the privilege of knowing and being seen by. When I was 16, I had a bad degloving of my right foot and Dr. Little completely reconstructed my foot and helped gain back all function along with helping me be able to walk again! He showed me an immeasurable amount of support and encouragement. He is very professional along with having a great connection with his patients. His bedside manor is exquisite! It’s very rare to find a doctor/surgeon that is an incredible doctor along with having good bedside manor and being kind; that’s 100% Dr. Little. Dr. Little is kind and has a great bedside manner. After a nasal laceration, he was able to revise the scar. His works was great! Very thankful I was referred to him by the ER.

Dr. Little is amazing! I am so happy with the results of the fat transfer from my belly to my face. My under eye bags disappeared instantaneously with minimal bruising after the fact. He was able to fix what gravity had broken without it being obvious that I had had a procedure done. Thank you Dr. Little!!

I was sent by my primary to see Dr. Little for a cyst removal. After waiting 3 weeks to see him, Dr Little (who did seem very polite) looked at and touched the “cyst” on my face. With no further testing or diagnostics he informed me this was not a cyst, but a parotid gland issue & would require major surgery. (A real concern for me) As I set overwhelmed, he explained it would be a 2 hr procedure, there was risk of facial paralysis, a rather sizable incision, a drainage tube for 5 days, permanent numbness in bottom earlobe, etc. This was followed with the possibility of it not being benign. I can’t say enough how upsetting & terrifying this appointment was. I literally felt traumatized. They sent me out to wait on a call to schedule surgery. Within 24 hrs I called to let them know it had changed and seemed as if it may burst, could they please advise. No one returned my call. On the second day it did in fact open up. I found a wonderful dermatologist who confirmed it was a cyst, and after a 2 week round of antibiotics, removed it in his office quickly & painlessly. It took a week for me to hear back from Dr Littles office. And even then it was only to schedule surgery. I explained to them what had happened, since I thankfully never heard back from them, and received nothing more than “Ok, I’ll let him (Dr) know. I almost had a 100% unnecessary surgery with real risks for a 100% inaccurate diagnosis. I share all of this only to caution. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of one is because Dr.Little was very informative and professional. He did a great job at answering all my questions. I was really looking forward to have Dr.Little as my plastic surgeon. He never sent me the email he said he would with all the details I needed. I called the office and asked them to call me back 3 time I waited a week or two after each phone call. Guess I just wasn’t good enough for them to be considered a patient. Kinda for the best. What if something would of gone wrong with my surgery and I needed to speak to him or even the office. Hopefully it’s something they will work on and correct. I only have great things to say about Dr. Jarrod Little. He is a skilled surgeon and I could not be happier with my results. I had a bump on my nose caused by a childhood injury…..a penny thrown across a playground. Dr. Little told me I also had a deviated septum. I am 55 years old and decided since I was going to be under anesthesia, I would have a lower face lift. I was blown away that I had minimal bruising and swelling, so I went shopping the following day in Louisville. One of the worse Dr ever he does not care about people! He will only care about you when you fit his needs and his world! His Staff Morgan is a disgrace! One of the most rudest, unprofessional ever!

I have switched to getting all my botox and lip filler done by Dr Little or his nurse practitioner Maggie. My face has never looked better, and his staff is nice and easy to work with!

He did my sons nasal surgery. Not only is he a competent surgeon but he is just such a nice doctor to be able to talk to about your concerns and what you want. I highly recommend Dr. Little.

If it wasn't for amanda I would give him 0. 3 failed tissue expanders due to punctured tissue expanders. When I badly needed help he ignored pages and got hostile with me after I filed a complaint with u of l hospital.

Simply horrible He punctured my tissue expander Not so much as I'm sorry Left me suffering & scarred. Tissue puckered up, 1 implant to high, 1 one almost under my arm. Left a big crater in my chest

Exceptional care! Dr. Little is very professional, highly educated, very knowledgeable, a wonderful surgeon, and has great bedside manners. After being educated about each surgery option, Dr. Little and I decided together which one was best for me, he made me feel comfortable and confident with our decision of my care plan. I felt like I had control in what was going to be done to my body and that made me at ease and decreased my anxiety tremendously! I met with Dr. Little multiple times prior to my surgery and all of my questions and concerns were answered in great detail. He took the time to make sure I fully understood the surgery from what to expect for pre-op, the actual surgery, post-op, and the entire recovery. I can’t say enough good things about this man! I had weight loss surgery 7 years ago. I had a couple consults with a few different plastic surgeons in Louisville and I chose Dr. Little not only were his rates very competitive but there was just something about him I really liked. I have had two surgeries with him... the first a lower body lift and an arm lift with Lipo on the outer thighs, the second was a revision to the lbl to include a vertical incision and a breast augmentation. I have had several moles removed in my past. One on my face and two on my stomach. I’ve been very unhappy with the scars they have left behind so I went to see Dr. Little for some help. Immediately I felt very comfortable and like he could help me with my problem. I had Fraxel re:pair done to the facial scar and I had an excision to the other two on my abdomen. If you want cosmetic surgery then insurance DOES NOT pay. That would be insurance fraud. Insurance only pays for functional related issues regarding surgery. So sounds like your expectations were not realistic. Any attorney with reasonable knowledge on health law will tell you that! Dr. Little is an excellent doctor. You may have to wait a "little" (haha) while to be seen, but once he is in the patient room, he takes his time and is not rushed in the least bit. I have seen Dr. Little on multiple occasions for various reasons for the last 2 years. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. He will tell you his honest opinion, whether it is what you want to hear or not! ;) He is conservative in recommendations and treatment, yet will not suggest treatment that is not worth your time like 6 laser treatments, vs. just getting the surgery in the first place. Dr. Little is a fabulous doctor with a great bedside manner. He makes you feel very comfortable in office and before surgery. He's very detailed in explaining the surgery and even into the recovery. I was impressed by his genuine kindness, concern for my problem, and overall professionalism. First class doctor, all the way.

I met with Dr. Jarrod Little early 2015 for a consultation involving rhinoplasty. At this meeting, he assured me that my situation was common and that he could fix it without incident. I started to feel uncomfortable because Dr. Little repeatedly asked me who I worked for even though I had informed him multiple times. The day of my surgery, Dr. Little completely changed his narrative and told me that "he didn't know what my natural nose looked like" and "don't worry about the cosmetic appearance of my nose." I was appalled! He guaranteed me that he would straighten my nose during our initial meeting only to retract his statements minutes before surgery for what appeared to be an easier procedure that only involved a minor deviated septum. Dr. Little and his team did NOTHING to enhance the appearance of my nose as he promised, but he sure did collect the money from my insurance company as though he had! From our first visit to our subsequent follow ups, Dr. Little & his staff have been absolutely wonderful. We couldn't be more satisfied. Dr. Little's expertise at his practice, has been so very much appreciated & the end result is gratifying to know we're in such good hands; with such a caring Doctor. His bedside manner, care & pride at his craft, have assured us that his mannerisms with his patient's, are as if you're the only patient in the room and that in itsself is very rare these days. Eyelid Blepharoplasty Dr. Little is not only an amazing surgeon, but also a compassionate and kind man. He uses his skill and artistry to create a beautiful and natural look. He explains not only the science of the procedure, but is clear about what to expect in the healing process. He has a very calming and confident demeanor. He is truly a Master of his craft! Dr. Ltitle was able to come into a situation that was complicated and take care of it without batting an eye. Excellent bedside manner. Great staff.

He redid my scar on my face it use to pull my lips down and now I can have regular lips now I do not feel feel bad about my lips and scar anymore it took 50 years now I feel normal now because he did a great job

Excellent surgeon & a really good person. He was realistic yet optimistic in his prognosis for my husbands serious diagnosis. He told us he'd be in with us for the long haul and he has 100%. He has celebrated every victory with us and has inspired hope through the setbacks. I am a health care professional yet he connected with my husband on his level of living with the residuals of his disease and treatment. I'd recommend him and his team without reservation.
