Great doctor. Its family care. One unique store. Unlike your healthcare chain places. Clean. Except that brown haired lady receptionist with her bad vibes. Eye exam was great for me and my son. We went in the same time Dec 3rd. The doctor was amazing with handling us. Getting us in and out. My son got his glasses within two weeks. Only thing I have a problem with is, they haven't really kept me updated on my glasses. I had to call a lot to see if they were in. I asked if there was something wrong with the order they said they would look into it. I called after new years. They told me the reason my glasses hadnt came in was the lab or someone accidentally canceled my glasses because they thought it was a duplicate order and now they are on rush delivery. So I go in a week later thinking my glasses could be in. Clerk looks for my file. Says something about they were the wrong order and needed to be sent back? I didn't know if that was new information or was just a part of the first situation we had with them. Anyways. Its been about a month and a half and no glasses, and I'm down to one contact.
