I have been going to Cisco Dental for several years for mostly routine procedures. I have always had excellent treatment with any procedures the Doctor does or my routine cleanings. I highly recommend them.

The staff is friendly and efficient. Dr. Donald was prompt and carefully took care of my dental needs.

The whole staff is very helpful and considerate. My cleaning was very professional and the dentist, Jarod very knowledgeable and professional. He is my new dentist and I’ll be back.

My visit to Cisco Dental with Dr. Jarred Donald and staff was very unprofessional, they wouldn't see me for my abscessed tooth and wouldn't give me anything for it. and had to go somewhere else.

Wonderful dentist and staff!

Dr. Donald is clear, communicative, and a friendly face to have in the neighborhood and in your mouth (lol)

We have been using Cisco Dental since they opened the doors. We LOVE it! Service is exceptional & so is the work. They are always nice and helpful.

Dr. Donald is absolutely awesome! After our dentist lost his practice due to fire, our family struggled to find a dentist that provided great service, was honest, and competitive. Then we found Cisco Dental. He has provided our regular dental care, orthodontic services for our son and now the extraction of our daughter's wisdom teeth. He was amazing with my mom. She is so scared of going to a dentist...and yes 76 and still nervous. He was so good to her and you could not ask for a nicer staff. Dr Donald is a great dentist! My daughter had some dental work done over several months and he was awesome! He always informed her and myself of what was being done. Ok so he messed up on everything he did I know this because after the 4th time a feeling came out the same day he did it kept messing up my bite and kept leaving sharp edges and kept scheduling me when I had major pain from his mistakes came in and kept saying I wasn't scheduled when I would schedule a week to a month before because they wouldn't get me in sooner for my pain and they would try saying he can't see me and I wasn't in the system and I left work to see them I decided I need to change my dentist after I did so the new dentist showed me that every filling he put in he left cavitys underneath and he forgot to mention cavitys to me like they didn't exist and he told me that the stains on my teeth there is nothing I can do this dentist told me there is multiple things that they can do that dentist new dentist evidently is treating me wrong I have proof that he actually ruined and worsenened everything he worked on. I pray that this dentist I see now can fix what he did . There's multiple people that say he's incapable they are right . He is very incapable he will act sweet but he's not sincere. Neither are the office ladies. Be warned just try to visit Abilene dental care on hickory st long wait but well worth it he takes his time with each and every patient doesn't mess up at all allways gets bite right never feel any pain very concerned he gets every last bit of cavity out and uses high better products and allways does his job right . Dr Donald will look away and talk while he's drilling . He will leave cavitys all under those fillings and he will not mention all ur cavitys and he will not help your teeth . Have never been more pleased with a dentist. If I could give Dr. Donald's office more than 5 stars, I would! I was in the area and was experiencing wisdom teeth pain and his office was so accommodating and worked me in as quickly as possible. Everyone in his office was nice and he and his assistants were gentle and efficient. He and his staff went above and beyond for me as a new patient and I would highly recommend him. Dr. Donald and his staff are absolutely amazing. His staff is very friendly and they always answer any and every question that I have had. I first took my 11 year old son to Dr. Donald to have his X-rays and cleaning done. My son came out quite happy and said that he really liked Dr. Donald and that he was very nice and gentle and wanted to use him going forward. Hearing that from my 11 year old prompted me to make my routine visit a few weeks later. When I went in I had my teeth X-rayed and cleaned and was informed that I would need a root canal. They scheduled that a week later and I went in and had the root canal and it was a very good experience for someone who has never had any major dental work done. They eased my anxiety and made me feel very comfortable during the entire procedure. Each time during the root canal if he was starting a different part of the procedure he would tell me and if I felt anything at all to just tap him and he would stop. I never felt any pain during or after my procedure and I left there very satisfied. I went back in to get my temporary crown and was greeted with smiling faces and received the same great treatment that I had experienced the first time I went in- and also the same great service. I went back a few weeks later to get my permanent crown and my over all experience was hands down fantastic from start to finish. Tomorrow afternoon I go back in to have a cavity filled. His staff is always quick to get me in for my appointments and if I have a schedule conflict they simply reschedule my appointment. They are also great about reminders of upcoming appointments. Horrible worst dentist I've ever seen every filling he did he left cavitys underneath ! One filling came out 4 times in a roll! Never filed down my teeth right or just didn't never shaped my teeth right his work is making me have to get more work done he worsened my teeth. I have had a significant amount of dental work done in the past, and just had a great experience at Dr. Donald's office. I have had crowns, bridges & dental work done by two dentists who taught dentistry at the University and Dr. Jared Donald is one of the best dentists I have ever been to. He is very personable and experienced, and has state of the art equipment. I highly recommend him to anyone, and my family is pleased to have him as our new family dentist!
