The experience overall was good. Efficient and prompt. Just wish I had been given more information and reassurance from the doctor. He seemed disinterested and annoyed about my being there and it made me not want to go back. The nurse and front desk were great.

Went into Urgent Care at Canyon View Medical. I was assigned to Dr Bingham. I was seen very quickly. Received stitches and was out of the office in under an hour. The treatment I received was very good.

Jared was great! He's fast but efficient. He doesn't beat around the bush, which is very nice. He does not recommend any unnecessary treatment. He's professional, and worth while to have as your primary physician.

I went in to see him after being in bed sick for a week with the worst sore throat and cough that kept me up every night, I was living off over the counter cough and cold and flu medicine and still nothing was helping my cough or sore throat! My son actually the same thing and his doctor gave him an antibiotic and he was better in 3 days. I simply told the Dr. Bingham that and he made me feel like I was lying just to get him to prescribe me something. Even with my cough, he said "Well your cough must not be to bad, I haven't heard you cough once." He was with me maybe 5 minutes at the most. I won't see him ever again. He has terrible bed side manners.

I was the first appointment of the day and it took 30 minutes before I saw the doctor. Then another 10 minutes before the medical assistant came back to test me for strep throat. 10 more minutes later, the doctor came back to send in a prescription. I was there for almost an hour. I understand that things come up that cause delays.. Every time I go to this office though, I wait a minimum of 20 minutes past my scheduled appointment time to see a doctor. I saw the nurse, Crystal for a while. She was never more than a few minutes late.

Kind and courteous staff made my son feel more at ease.

The doctors are very good to listen to me and to work with me to find solutions for my health.

Dr Bingham is so knowledgeable and caring. He was attentive and able to assist me immediately. I was so happy to find someone I felt so good about. We recently moved to the area so are obviously new to Canyon View Medicine. I have several issues that require a doctors care. It took me years to find just the right doctors before coming here and I was worried about the long process of finding just the right one. No worries now. Oh, and my husband likes him as well. :)

I know many give him bad reviews I however have great experiences with him! Thanks to him by diabetics is getting under control. I found him very knowledgeable about what I am seeing him for and while many don’t like him I do! I haven’t experienced anything bad with him and like seeing him for my health care needs

I'm so impressed with Dr. Bingham and the staff. They have treated my husband with such dignity and kindness. Dr Bingham comes in and calls him by name and shakes his hand. It makes my hubby just beam. He directs the questions to both of us and doesn't talk over his head but understands that he can't give many answers. His staff is also so kind and caring to him. He has given me hope in this long illness and is caring for quality of life. I feel I can speak to him easily. I'm so impressed with Dr. Bingham and the staff. Dr. Bingham is a very rude doctor. He doesn't listen. He brings up things that you aren't there for. He has no bed side manner at all especially when it's about your weight. If he is the only one available I call elsewhere.

Dr. Bingham is the worst doctor I have ever been to. Does not listen to your symptoms or concerns. Just wants to get in and out and get paid. Will never visit again. I was super sick and COVID negative told me to wait 5 more days and come back in (so he can change me again for a visit) ended up at insta care in Spanish Fork and got a diagnosis and medicine. This man treated my son with complete indifference. He seemed to lack the medical knowledge to make a decision in regards to this particular situation. He seemed annoyed that he had to spend any time or energy discussing my son's physical problem which was significant. It was only upon my suggestion that perhaps we see a specialist that he concurred. We were polite and courteous and it was difficult to understand his rudeness and lack of empathy. Yeah, don't know how this guy even graduated medical school. I think he cheated his way through. Not to mention how obvious that he is only a doctor for the paycheck. If you actually need medical attention, you would be wise to consider going elsewhere and not waste your time or money.

One of the worst Dr. I have ever been to. I have had great treatment at Canyon view from Dr. Hogenson. This guy made me feel like I was doing him a favor by being there. I would never see him again. Very obvious he hates his job and is there for just a paycheck.

We love Dr. Bingham! He literally saved my husband's life. He really knows his stuff!

All I can say is wow, what an arrogant man. He was the rudest man I have ever met. I’m disappointed I even have to give him a star. Would never recommend to anybody, and will NEVER go there again

Dr. Bingham was awful. He seemed annoyed right when he walked in the door. When I told him about my symptoms and thoughts, he basically told me I was wrong. He then quickly said that he will just give me the same antibiotic as the guy gave me before (I only got 1 out of 2) Then when I asked what I could do for the pain he sighed and sat back down continue to be annoyed with me. I asked abou ibuprofen, he said, well why wouldn't you! I then said I would figure it out he said okay have a good day(annoyed) and left. He had a horrible bedside manner. When someone comes into your office sick for a month also now in a lot of pain you need to help them out and listen and try to figure out the problem together or the solution together, stop being annoyed at your job. Two of my family members and I have been seen by Dr. Bingham. All three of us will never see him again. When we call the office we ask what Dr. is in. When they Dr. Bingham we say never mind then. His office replies, “We get that all the time”. He is arrogant, condescending and sarcastic. Instead of caring for us he was rude and does his best to make us feel stupid. I was sad to see some of the reviews about Dr. Bingham as my husband and I have found him to be very caring and knowledgeable. He has always taken time with us and explained things clearly. He is somewhat reserved but I consider that to be professional. We are very happy with Dr. Bingham and his staff. I have been a patient of Dr. Bingham for about 7 years. I have moved in & out of the area and have always come back to his Santaquin office. I have found him to be very professional, knowledgeable, and up to date on medical issues that affect me. His medical advice I have found to be sound and he also cares enough to recommend third party help for weight loss and he shares his own personal experiences in this regard. I am very satisfied and will continue to use him as my doctor. I think he is an awesome Doctor! I have been a patient of Dr. Bingham for about 7 years. He's very ignorant on treatment decisions even when specialists say otherwise. Completely delayed every surgery and opterarion i had scheduled since he wont presribe a certain medication.

My Dr was booked, so I've been to this Dr 2xs. Recently my 2nd visit confirmed that his very disrespectful to adults and what blows my mind to children as well. I'd rather wait to see my own Dr or go to the emergency room before I'd go back or have any of my family members go to him. There will not a be a 3rd visit ever. Dr Bingham has very little bed side manners. I do like Dr Bott as we have seen him in the past. Word of advice when a mom is sharing hard times about her mentally ill adult son. Don't say and I quote "I feel very blessed about my own children!" I will never return. Insensitive is all I can think! We were in a emergency situation but never will I go there again! I've been to several clinics in Utah, and Dr. Bingham and the other doctors, and staff at Canyon view have been attentive, caring, and really work to get to the bottom of any health issues.
