I have been medically retired for a back injury for over 10 years. I am not a surgical candidate and as such I am a long term pain management patient. I have had over 8 primary care physicians in the same office in the last 10 years. Dr Frisk was new and my first visit was more like an interrogation-where I had to convince her to continue the regimen I have been on for the last 3 years, one that is much more conservative than at any time since my injury. My second visit she seemed pleasant and stated that I was good for 3 months and she would fill my RX without issue. REFILL DAY- 5 days of runaround from a DR and her office staff as to why my refill was delayed. She stated I needed to get an appointment with a pain management specialist first and then she would fill. Done and still no refill. 3 Business days of more excuses from her office. Today-5 day late on refills and I finally went in to the office. A nurse came and advised-no refills. How unprofessional, Stick to felons
