3 hour wait in waiting room!!! Complete disregard for patients

Thorough examination and excellent results at finding and treating skin cancers. My go to dermatologist for over 10 years.

Went to treat my eczema condition and she gave me a cortison injection that’s for arthritis or joint inflammation. After I got the injection one day later my right knee joint started pop cracking when I walk and it hurts when I squat. Went for a treat for eczema and received something else that’s not specific for that treatment. Bad medical malpractice and not knowledgeable doctor. Honestly Sophie is the reason I would keep coming back. She’s very personable over the phone & makes you feel like you’re being well taken care of. Customer service is everything go me. Dr. Teltscher is a sweet lady as well. Very helpful!

Dr Teltscher is a professional and compassionate doctor, she gives a thorough skin exam and answers all your questions with patience. The staff is efficient and friendly and makes you feel at ease. I highly recommend Dr Teltscher for dermatology needs.

Dr.Teltscher is such a phenomenal doctor she really knows her stuff she is so patient kind and understanding she made me feel so at ease during my visit and always makes sure all my questions are answered and I leave with free samples all the time! Never made inside to see the reputable dermatologist, since Lily repelled me with her repugnant behavior. She is lucky to have a job given her wickedness. I will see the doc only after she is gone.

Yes, sometimes you have to wait forever despite an appointment. BUT, I personally don't care because every time I have an issue or emergency she has taken care of me. Not only in taking care of whatever issue, but also because she explains, in detail, what is going on and how to care for it and prevent it in the future. And, I think her staff is amazing and also super caring. Particularly, my favorite person who has been there running the office since I started going back in 2016. I have been a patient of dr Teltscher for a long time. She is thorough patient and always gives the appropriate diagnosis and treatment. Her staff starting with Lilly and her nurses Patty Izolda and Yasmin are respectful and always find a away to make sure you have a positive experience. Thank you!!!!!!

This was my 1st time @ her office- she gave me a very good skin exam and took time to listen and took time to listen and recommend. The staff was very helpful and lily @ the front desk was very efficient and warm@ the same time. I would centenary recommend this practice and I will go back to see Dr TELTSCHER.

I’ve been going to Dr. Teltscher for many years for laser, treatment for melasma, annual exams and any other dermatological confer, including a few times with my toddler for her molusca. She is professional, understanding and explains everything with patience. She is very thorough and her nurses and office staff all are very helpful and friendly, making my daughter feel calm during a painful procedure. Lily at the front desk makes sure we are taken care of, deals with insurance before we get there so we’re never stuck with surprises and always has stickers and lollipops on hand even though this is not specifically a pediatric office. Dr. Mitrani is simply amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable and gave me as much time as I needed to do a through examination and answer all of my questions. I have had to have several procedures which she did professionally and gently, always informing me ahead of time what to expect. Additionally, I have had two children seen by her for acne and not only did she take her time examining them, she explained the treatment protocol carefully and her treatment was extremely effective for both of them. First time going to a derm since I was 13 for acne. Excellent, sweet, thorough, kind woman who answered all my questions and concerns. Office seemed quite busy but she never rushed with me and took her time. I highly recommend her to ANYONE looking for a very good dermatologist. Terrible staff, always a long wait time, and they are unorganized and bad at customer service. Specifically Lilly - that woman should be fired. She’s awful and rude. The doctor is ok but she does rush and for $125 a visit I should be able to ask all the questions I need. The front desk women are complete and utter scam artists and rude. The scheduling staff are under the impression that my time is theirs. The office schedules at least 3 people for the same time so your waiting time is 2 hours at least. It happened to me twice after I ask not to waist my time and make me wait 2 hours as previously experienced. Some front desk employees are straight rude and have an unwelcoming attitude. I found Dr. Teltscher to be very knowledgeable and caring. She was very thorough and did not rush the exam. I have the upmost trust in her ability and plan on continuing with her as my physician. I would highly recommend her as she was recommended to me.

Very rude front desk person- Lily. Horrendous- hung up the phone on me a few times then acts as if she's doing you a favor by giving you an appointment. All of this because I was trying to get referral information for my daughter's pcp. Forget the fact that I waited an hour and a half to be seen. I've never had this type of experience with any doctor's office or specialist- and I have 3 children so I've dealt with plenty. Very rude front desk person- Lily. AMAZING DERMATOLOGIST AND PERSON I love coming here to a welcomed, warm office. All the nurses & staff are sweet and very helpful. The doctor is wonderful and would recommend to others! 10/10

My first experience with Dr. Teltscher's office was enjoyable. The ladies who work for her are very sweet and helpful. Dr. Teltscher was very nice with me and listened to all of my questions. She takes her time and really knows her stuff. I will recommend Dr. Teltscher to family and friends!!!

Love Dr.Teltscher she is great doctor as she is wonderful person. Always cares about you and very careful analyzes your problem. The office is clean its a pleasure to be there. Girls works for her very sweet and always helpful.

after a month and a half , first doctor I have ever seen doesn't give a reminder with what time is the appointment. Plus I waited a month and half and I asked if it is ok to wait if it cancer left msg , they didn't respond to me . After I risk and waited a month and half and no reminder driving from Tampa she refused to see me cause I am late 20 mins . I don't recommend anyone to go to her , Thanks doctor for wasting my time , put my health in dangerous situation.

AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL!!! Definitely DO NOT go to this office. Appointment times mean nothing to them.I waited over an hour to see this doctor, even though I had an appointment, and then had to leave to go to work without seeing the doctor! When I complained about the length of time I had been waiting and the frustration with having to leave without even seeing my doctor (that I had an APPOINTMENT to see), they told me very coldly and rudely that the only way I would be guaranteed to see the doctor at a reasonable time would be to schedule the first appointment of the morning. They are so disrespectful of their patient's time and could care less how long appointment- based clients will have to wait. AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL!!! Definitely DO NOT go to this office. I received excellent care from this office. I want to mention Lily, at the front desk, who was especially cheerful, caring and professional.

I saw the Dr and I thought she was wonderful she told me I did not need to do surgery under my eyes and told me to buy cream. She iswonderful.

The billing at Skin and Cancer Associates, the office that Dr. Teltscher has her practice in is unsatisfactory. They billed me for the same procedure twice. They are in the Humana network. and I was told that in-network doctors (which they are) are not allowed to bill for the same procedure on the same date twice. I paid two times & they are still trying to overcharge me. Dr. Teltscher was ok but I do not recommend the practice that she works for. I would not use her again.

Dr. Teltscher is a very thorough doctor; she checks your entire body carefully. Although Dr. Teltscher has many cosmetic services and products available to her patients, she does not push that part of her practice. She is a no frills, no nonsense dermatologist and I would not use anyone else.

I didnt care for this dermatologist at all. I think I saw her a year ago I cant really remember. A friend of mine told me she was going to see her and I told her not to go and here is why. Not friendly approach at all. However that is besides the point. She told me I had rosecea and told me to buy some of the products her office sells. I bought two of her products the brand name is ROC and they sell those at Walgreens and it is cheaper there. She seemed to be in a rush. All I will remember is how unfriendly she was AND to top it all her diagnosis was totally 100% WRONG. I do not have rosecea at all. I now have a great knowledgable dermatologist and my skin has never looked better. I do not recommend her at all. ugh! I didnt care for this dermatologist at all.
