Helpful during pregnancy and after. Nice staff and friendly atmosphere.

The doctor sent me for a doppler test to see if there were any blockages in the arteries in my head. The diagnostic lab took several weeks to provide the results and I had to make an appointment a month after the test to find out the results. During this time I could have had serious complications and need to follow up with a specialist. The doctor refuses to get on the phone to speak to patients about their concerns. She should have the nurse at least tell you the results were normal, however I would like you to come in to discuss additional steps to take.

waiting for a call back over 7 days. left messages with no response. would never go back.

Dr. Stern listens to everything I have to say- she is caring and takes her time with me. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Stern! She is an excellent doctor.

I saw Dr. Stern today and not only was she thorough she was very nice and put my mind at ease and really listened to my concerns and explained everything she was doing.. thanks again!

Extremely rude and impatient. I will never go back. One my first visit, I was "shushed" by a hyper woman at the sign in area.( with red hair) Then I went inside an was shushed twice by Dr.Stern. She was aloof, cold, rude and had an absolutely horrible bedside manner..I have been there 2 times-- last time I had actually taken a day off from work-- I left there feeling badly treated and as though I wasted time and money. She may be smart, but it takes more than being smart to be a good doctor. I hope she matures into a more compassion woman. Extremely rude and impatient. I will never go back. I was referred by a friend to see Dr. Stern following a very bad sinus infection and some other ENT concerns. I have great faith in my friend's opinion so expected to have a good experience, but the visit was exceptional. Dr. Stern was extremely friendly, easy to talk to, and very thorough. She seemed genuinely concerned with my health and was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Dr. Stern!

She was nasty and cold absolutely the worst Physician that I have ever been to. Not to mention that we waited to see her for 1.5 hours and she only gave us 5 minutes of her time. She didn't listen, has no bedside manner, dismissed us immediately. She was backing out of the office before she even entered the room.
