Dr James Wright in Union Kentucky is the best kindest dentist in the world!!! However, the office staff is another story. Make sure you know exactly what is expected in each visit financially. I had implants and was told AFTER that I had to pay my balance in full in order to get the post surgical checkup. I was so beside myself I almost had a complete breakdown right there in the office, I had to hold my breath and get out of there quickly. Had I known this I would have waited until I had the cash in hand to begin the procedure. Unfortunately, I have to wait at least another 7 to 10 days before I can get to the 3k they demanded to get my POST SURGICAL CHECK. I could have understood if it was 3 months down the road and I was getting the permanent teeth for the implants, but this was just the 1st week checkup to see if the bone graft or the drilling into the bone is healing as expected. Am I wrong in my thinking here???

Many years ago, I started going to Dr Wright and found him a very competent dentist with an excellent sense of humor. I will be going to him for many more years.

Dr Wright and Massie are decent dentist. However, the support staff working in this office are rude and offensive. If you can limit your contact with the administrative staff you will be ok.

I have never seen so many smiles leaving a dentist's office!

I am a foreigner in this country for 3 years. I have been seeing Dr. Wright for 3 months now. I enjoy the fact that he works with me on scheduling the work to be done within my budget.

I am 68 years old and have had many bad experiences through the years with dentists...Dr Wright and Dr Masse are the BEST dentists I have ever gone to. They are REAL people who love their work and strive to make your experience a good one. I was very scared to go to another dentist, anticipating the worst...I was greatly impressed. No pain, root canal, bridges, and caps. Did I also say cleaning...Cleaning is very painful for me, but I had none..Great Choice for Dental Work !!

I had a full upper arch extraction today and both Dr. Wright and the assistant went above and beyond for me. We have been his patients for many years and he's wonderful to both my husband and I and also extremely wonderful to our children. If you get tired of the extremely high prices of a pediatric dentist for routine care this office is the best. I might even go as far as to say better and I used to work for a pediatric dentist!

Very disappointing. This guy is working the system for all it is worth. He is doing more work than is called for on patients to get the insurance companies to line his pockets. He is also increasing revenues by requiring multiple visits instead of consolidating work into a single appointment. I am very happy that I saw the truth behind this place before wasting too much time and money.
