Great oral surgeon, but because they said they accepted my insurance, but actually did not, it took me a few months to get it straightened out, and made payment immediately. I scheduled appt., had Drs send over trays & referral. Today I called, yes they got the trays, but we don't want you as a patient because of the trouble with 1st. Bill. Very pitiful that money is more important than customer service. They were going to be paid in cash up front! I came to Dr. Williams unexpectedly for one too the extraction. I’m one of those who dread the idea of getting wisdom teeth removed, but I felt extremely comfortable when I stepped into the office. Staff was very friendly and answered any of my questions! Dr. Williams himself was caring, walked me through the process quickly and efficiently, and he made sure all my questions were answered! I felt VERY LITTLE pain after the procedure because I was informed of the appropriate amount medicine to take. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone. Dr Williams, and his staff, are kind, caring, professionals. All 5 of my children have had their wisdom teeth removed by him, (and one stubborn husband’s!) and we have been pleased with the results and care EVERY time. As a matter of fact, I let my dentist know that I would not go anywhere else- even though Dr Williams office is an hour away. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Williams when you are looking for the BEST care available. Dr Williams, and his staff, are kind, caring, professionals. Dr. Williams and staff is top notch. The dentist's chair is not my favorite place to be. They explained the procedure and before I knew it, I was done. I highly recommend Dr. Williams. Thank you!!

Dr. Williams and his staff are excellent!! I have seen him twice and just seen him yesterday for my wisdom teeth extractions. He prescribed me a higher dose of Tylenol and i haven't even had to take many at all. It is day 2 and I feel 100% I wont go to any other oral surgeon!! I would also like to add that they are very affordable and his staff is so sweet. Very nice ladies!! Dr. Williams and his staff are excellent!! Just a great overall implant experience. Dr Williams is very hands on in all areas of the process. Absolutely nothing bad to say!

I just called to make an appointment and the office clerk was rude she got short with me when all i asked is if they take my insurance, told me I needed to Go to another office hung up on me that was so rude and inappropriate..her name was Sarah I think. I'm so pissed!
