Doctor Steinhaus is a tuff old bird. He does excellent work, is affordable, and shoots you straight. A welcome respite from today's entitled children.

Great service, professional and a wealth of information given for at home care. Looking forward to my next visit.

I was riding down Mableton Pkway 5 years ago and saw the sign Community Dental Services..I stop went in and was greeted by the most phenomenal front office staff. I’ve been going to Community Dental for nearly 20 years. Everyone here is great! The entire team: front office, hygienists, billing, and Doc!

This was my first visit to Dr. Steinhaus following my previous dentist's retirement. All the staff were very welcoming. Bree, my hygienist, was very thorough, answering my questions and offering suggestions. My cleaning was not uncomfortable, so no white knuckles at this visit! Although it is an old building, and the chairs are older, it is the best dentist ever!! His staff is so loving and caring. Dr Steinhaus is a phenomenal human. Dr. James Steihaus is been our family dentist for many many years. Great dentist and straight forward what exactly need to be done in your dental issues. What I like the most is he wouldn't push you to get it done until your financially ready.

Dr.Steinhaus & his staff are excellent people. It's very uncommon to have a great Doctor, great staff or associates &great service in one place. Oh, one more thing, integrity & excellent price when you have to pay out of pocket. They make sure they do all they can if you're unable to file your visit on insurance. Dr. Steinhaus and his office staff go above and beyond to make my experience exceptional. I really appreciate their kindness. I’ve been a patient for years and don’t plan on going to any other dentist.

I went in only to get a check up but got service the same day. I am very pleased with the time taken to address my broken crown. I would and have recommended Dr. Steinhaus to my coworker. I will be going back the first part of 2022. Had a permanent crown put in on 2/16/22. Excellent work. The fit and color match are great. I asked a coworker if he could tell where the crown was and he could not. If I did not know where it was, i would be unable to tell. I have recommended Dr. Steinhaus to others. Went in and specified that I just wanted my insurance covered cleaning/check up. Took a minute for them to confirm with my insurance but they “got it done” so I got a cleaning and did an x ray. Cleaning was vicious. Painful. Dentist didn’t even really talk my teeth over with me. Just looked for a second and went “that’s good.” After my experience I knew i wasn’t going back. Months later I get a call and I’m told my insurance didn’t cover the x ray. Okay, so why did I get the x ray after I only wanted insurance covered service(s)? I called my insurance and they are handling it now because it should in fact be covered. Regardless, I get a bill from the dentist and it’s unprofessional: it’s a written note that says “your balance is $XXX, please pay it.” Yeah, right. I've been coming here over 20yrs. It's always a pleasant experience. I tried another dentist closer to home but ended up back here the exact same day! I was taken care of immediately. The whole crew is excellent!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Steinhaus since I was a child. He and his staff are great and I won’t go anywhere else.

Dr. Steinhaus and his staff were so friendly and professional. I am often scared and uneasy when l go to the dentist, but Adrian was wonderful and concerned about my pain and took it easy on me. My experience here was very nice. I would recommend this dentist.

The dental hygienist greeted me with a smile, which made me happy to be there. She was genuinely concerned with new pain or dental issues I may have. She was very thorough and explained every step of the cleaning,. Dr Stienhaus came in and cut up with me , which always puts me at ease. All in all it was a very pleasant experience.

Kind of a bad experience. I was told I would stop bleeding in 1 hour now 26 hours later I’m still bleeding. Lots of pain and pricing was terrible probably will never be back.
