Dr. James John Panzarella

Right now my husband and I are so upset with this practice. Dr. Has not been in office since Oct. Patient care has deteriorated. You never know who your going to see and unless you have a portal you don’t get info on any tests you have or a follow up on what you should do. Staff coming and going. No one to build a rapor with. Both of us have been a pt. for over 20 yrs. some honesty needs to be told to us. Did Dr. leave practice, is he taking a leave for a while? Should we be looking for a new primary care. Should we hang in. Please give us something.

Rushed, not interested and talked more about himself and his place in Florida than me! ????

Dr. darcie is amazing, along with the staff. She has helped me in many ways. I have crippling anxiety and depression that has been so hard to deal with. I am going to see them in april (when my insurance kicks in again) (it stinks to have to wait, but to me its worth the wait) but the reason i stay with my doctor here is because she understands and actually talks to me, she listens, and then she gives advice. Darcie is the sweetest doctor i have ever had the pleasure in meeting. Also yes the staff is very sweet as well. Im thankful for all their hard work. My problem lies within myself and not going to the doctors when i really should, and always seem to wait until my problem worsens.alot of people like myself depend on health insurance. But at the end of the day id rather find a way to pay a fee rather than get too ill. This office is a very good one. Please dont let bad reviews steer you away, because youll miss out on some truly caring people/doctors.

Dr. James Panzarella has been my "primary" for about 5 years. I go in every year for a physical and for other issues, as needed. I have never seen, nor even been introduced to him. When calling their office to make an appointment, be prepared to wait a LONG time for a live person. I have been on hold for over 21 minutes as I type this review, still waiting for a live person to even greet me. I initially called today (Friday, 12/6/2019) at 12:30pm and got a recording saying they were at lunch til 1pm. I called back at 1:01 pm, and have been on hold since. It is now 1:24pm and their recording keeps telling me that "assistance is just a moment away" and my call is "very important" to them. This is the FOURTH day in a row I have gone through this with them. The previous 3 days I had to give up, as I was calling on my lunch at work, and ran out of time. Today is my "day off"; so glad I could spend it on hold! I am now at 25 minutes. Guess I will look for more places to post this....

Dr. Panzarella has been my physician for more than 15 years. He was recommended to me by my son, who is also a physician. Dr. Panzarella is very thorough, very caring and has always been very attentive to my health issues and concerns. I am privileged to be his patient. I highly recommend him.

I was in need of a primary to work with a specialist I am seeing. The primary's initial task would be to assure efficient completion of eight tests needed by the specialist in treating my condition. Several friends spoke highly of Dr. Panzarella and his staff of FNP and PA-C people. I received an appointment with no complications. Both the nurse and the PA were friendly and quite competent. I received my first script that day and I think I will stick with this team.
