Dr. James Patrick Gagliardi

When I called, I made the appointment to have my tooth extracted. Imagine my surprise when after my annual X-ray benefit was exhausted in the first 5 minutes, the dentist appeared and announced that he doesn't do extractions! And this after he described how easy it will be because of nice straight roots. Well now! That would have been helpful for the office to have informed me since the extraction was the reason I made the appointment! On the positive side, the cleaning I received was so wonderful that I will return to the office for that service, but the dentist will never see another dime of mine after wasting my benefit for his own wallet enhancement. Skip the dentist, see the hygienist!

I highly recommend Fircrest Dental Arts Center for outstanding care, communication, and service. Dr. Gagliardi was extremely caring and efficient. He took time to listen to me. He did wonderful work replacing fillings. I'm most impressed with his crown work and crown replacement. I was terrified to have my 22 year old crown replaced, and he did it with such ease and care. Shout out to him for adjusting my bite as well--never felt better!

Dr Gagliardi is highly skilled at his craft. He is fast and pain-free. He takes great pride in his work and his cosmetic results are great. I could not be more pleased with his work. He worked me into his schedule quickly for a dental emergency. His staff is also very competent at what they do and very friendly. I always feel welcome when I walk in the door.

Dr. Gagliardi and his staff are the best! I am 53 and have been to several dentists in my life, but Dr. Gagliardi is the first dentist I ever went to who didn't try to talk me into braces. Ok, my teeth aren't perfectly straight, but hey, that's me! What they are is clean and well maintained, thanks to Dr. Garliardi and his staff! Upon hearing I was having trouble sleeping, Dr. Gagliardi set me up for a home sleep study and then, with the results showing that my throat was sort of closing up, making me snore and waking me (and my husband) up numerous times a night. It was so bad that I couldn't even fall asleep and I was really having trouble thinking, especially at work! I felt like a zombie! With the mouthguard Dr. Gagliardi fitted me for, I sleep GREAT, and I can focus again. I never dreamed I would find a solution for my sleeping/snoring problem, or that the solution would be through my dentist! Thank God for Dr. Gagliardi and his staff!
