Dr. Olsson is absolutely Outstanding!! She is kind, compassionate, empathetic, supportive, and provides exceptional patient care. She genuinely cares about her patients! And her office staff provide phenomenal customer service!

My regular dentist referred me to Dr. Olsson when I needed a root canal. I am not a fan of dental procedures, but I can’t say enough good. The entire process was quick and easy. Incredible experience. My wife (who starts getting nervous a week before her dental work appointments) went to Dr Olsson for both an emergency and a follow up appointment and each time was extremely happy. She won’t use anyone else!

Dr. Olssen was very up front about what my options were and what the results would most likely be. I didn't feel pressured into making one decision vs another and she answered honestly what she would do if it was her tooth. I felt super confident putting my care into her capable hands.

I have never liked the dentist or anything to have to do with teeth, but today I had a root canal done and was very nervous and scared as I have very bad anxiety. But Tina assured me that I would be fine and I was. Thank you very much for everything!

Never used this provider before. I'm from little town Tenino so being up here in Tacoma is different for me. Dr. Olsson explained everything to me even though I was really nervous when it came to the procedure. Thank you Dr. Olsson for everything!

friendly & fast

I was recommended to Dr. Olsson by my dentist however there were some issues with insurance. I was in pain and having a difficult time getting in to see a doc under my insurance. Dr. Olsson and her staff took care of all of the insurance issues and treated me so I didn't have to spend the weekend in pain. I appreciate her entire team for their care and professional skills.

She is so patient and didn’t quit till the job is done. And she is so kind and very thoughtful. I am really blessed to have her worked on my root canal. I am her hardest patient to work on but she didn’t give up. She is great.

I saw Dr. Olsson as I was having unusual pain in my mouth and jaw area. She saw me immediately, and after her exam was able to give me a diagnosis. That I had Shingles and not an endodontic problem. She was very thorough and very kind. If I ever need an endodontist I will go back to see her. Sweet Lady.

I highly recommend Dr. Olsson. She was able to work my son in to her busy schedule when we had a minor dental emergency, and was very kind taking time to explain everything to us and making us both feel comfortable and at ease with her exam. She has a great smile and demeanor, and her staff is courteous and professional.

Dr. Olsson is a gentle, caring and patient doctor. She answers all questions before the treatment even starts. Wow! even a person phone call to check in afterwards!! Great experience. And all the staff are helpful and caring too :)

She was very rude to me. Even though I told her I have panic disorder, with past bad experience with other dr. She even told me "that it was not her job to make me feel better". She was very unpleasant person to be around in general.
