The Dr appears to be decent, but his staff are all very rude. I've gotten better customer service at McDonald's. Wonderful, caring staff all the way around! Doctors, nurses and office staff alike. I went to the ER Thursday night and Friday I received a phone call from their office just to check up on me to make sure everything was okay/how I was feeling. I’ve NEVER had a doctor’s office do that in the past!

Dr. Burkhardt is one of the most kind and wonderful doctors my family has ever seen. He is very understanding and does what’s best for you, not just as a patient but as a person. My kids just love him and so do we. I highly recommend him.

I love Dr. Burkhardt. He is so patient, thorough, and explains all treatments and rationale thoroughly. He never is in a rush, but takes time to make sure all questions are answered. He is reasonable and conservative in his treatment approaches, in that he doesn't just throw pills at you. :-)

If it weren't for Dr. Burkhardt being the doctor at this office I would never even consider giving them my money. I've never spoken to someone so unnecessary rude or that poor at customer service in my life trying to make an appointment. He needs to take a hard look at who's taking care of his customer service at that front desk.

Dr Burkhardt is a great guy- he is a really patient listener and always takes time to make thoughtful reccomendations. He is "out of network" for me but I go there anyway.

Receptionist is very rude. Waited a half hour on the phone just to speak to someone. Poor way to do business.

Our 83 year old mother fell and hit the back of her head in the kitchen. We were concerned about internal bleeding so encouraged her to see Dr. Burkhardt. She did the next day. He did not do a CT scan. Told her it was a concussion & to go home & rest. Two days later she was care-flighted to Miami Valley hospital with bleeding on the brain. She had also been on an aspirin regimen to thin her blood due to a slight no symptom a-fib. We nearly lost her. Now, 2 months later, she is a mess.
