As a patient it is very important to feel comfortable and well cared for. The staff in this office are not friendly and do not provide the necessary information, they usually confuse the patient. His negativism and his way of answering is not adequate. Unfortunately, personally, I will have to look for new options for my health. FYI this is nothing about the Doctor, He is very good but i take the decision because the staff More training in customer service will be an option

Very efficient and concerned.

Dr Bond is a great dermatologist. He listened to my teenage son's concerns and answered all his questions. He was very thorough in outlining all of our options and the pro's and con's of each one. I have also been a patient of Dr Bond's and I highly recommend him.

Been with Dr Bond since I moved from another state 7 years ago, I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr Bond and his entire staff. He really makes you feel like he cares about your concerns and definitely keeps trying until you are completely satisfied with your results. They make you feel totally comfortable and Dr Bond is extremely knowledgeable and keeps up with the most recent medications and sideeffects. I hate to be bias but I'm hooked and have no plans to go elsewhere

Dr Bond is very efficient yet very through. He leaves no stone unturned in your care but gets you in and out - no sitting in the waiting room for ages. The staff is friendly and effective.

Dr. Bond and his staff were friendly and helpful. I had a painless biopsy. He was able to reassure me that all of my moles and lumps and bumps were age and sun-related and not malignant. I feel so much better!

Great doctor and staff

I had a good experience with Dr. Bond's office. The staff was nice and Dr. Bond was thorough.

Dr. Bond has been my dermatologist for several years, and I trust him implicitly. He's worked with me to make sure that I have good skin health and recommend procedures to maintain it. He also has a terrific staff.

I have been going to Dr. Bond for a number of years. He does a great job of examining me for skin cancer every six months and staying on top of my issues.

Seems very up to date on skin problems and treatments. His assistants are very nice and helpful.

Dr. Bond provides a thorough skin examination starting at the top of my head (scalp). He has a good "bedside" manner and gives helpful information for questions asked. Very pleased with him; I've been going to him since 2006 and would not hesitate to recommend him.

He is knows his specialty, listens to the patients thought, is prompt ...waits are short. nice staff.

My visit with Dr. Bond, on Wednesday was rated high because he told me where I should apply the prescription on my nose and face very clearly, This made it very easy to apply when I returned home.

My parents and I have been seeing Dr. Bond for years now. He is very thorough, takes his time and found several issues early enough to have them treated or removed. His practice is always attentive and they make you feel like you are the only patient.

Dr. Bond is an excellent physician with a caring and compassionate bedside manner, highly knowledgeable and an expert in his field, careful to properly diagnose and suggest treatment. Have been a patient for the last 10 years and will be a patient for life.

My latest visit to Dr. Bond was to remove a basal cell spot on my leg. I've been going to Dr. Bond for over 20 years and I hope he keeps his practice going for at least another 20 years.

Doctor Bond is a great dermatologist. His nurse is always very friendly, as is he. There is usually little to no wait time which is a breath of fresh air when it comes to doctor appointments. Dr bond listens closely and takes his time to examine and find the best treatment.

Excellent service and explanations. Dr. Bond is thorough and makes sure you understand. He also seeks the least expensive methodologies and tailors his services to your requirements. I recommend highly.

I would recommend Dr. Bond to anyone. We have been going to him since we moved to the area in 2006. The office is v very well run and there had been very little wait time. He and his staff are so professional. I always leave knowing that I have been in good hands and any problems I had were corrected.

Dr. Bond is TERRIFIC! He is very thorough in evaluating potential skin cancers and is exceptional at communicating education on skin care. Dr. Bond also provides a thoughtful plan that is tailored uniquely to each individual for reducing future skin issues. He also minimzes invasive procedures whenever possible. The staff at Dr. Bond's office is OUTSTANDING...very professional, friendly, helpful, and instructional!

Very upset about my experience at this office today. I never got to see Dr Bond because of an insurance policy they have. It’s not the policy I am upset about, I am upset because there was ample time before my appointment to inform me of the policy, and that the staff was rude and unprofessional about my manner, saying I never told them I have Medicaid when I did during our first phone conversation, and telling me I should go to an urgent care for this issue in which a typical clinic doctor could not treat me for at all. The snappiness I was greeted with was very shocking, especially given the upsetting situation I already went through with not being told about the insurance policy, putting me back another week for getting my urgent matter taken care of and it left a very bad taste in my mouth. If you have Medicaid, even as a secondary insurance, not only will this office not see you but they will treat you as if you have wasted their time. Very through and detailed..

Very through examination, very friendly staff

I’d been having problems for years with a nail problem and had seen multiple physicians, spent thousands of dollars never getting the situation resolved, I’d been told it was a nail fungus. I made a new patient appt with Dr Bond and am so glad I did! As soon as he looked at it his concern was that it was most likely not fungus at all, but instead was nail psoriasis. He did a biopsy which was neg. for fungus. I knew that I hadn’t been feeling well for quite some time with joint problems and he suggested that I see a rheumatologist to be checked for psoriatic arthritis. After much testing it was confirmed that not only do I have advanced psoriatic arthritis, I’m also unfortunate enough to ankylosiing spondylitis along with it. No matter what, these types of arthritis will be crippling at some point, however, thanks to Dr Bond’s diagnosis, recommendations and the medication that he started me on, I can begin to slow these diseases down, living longer and being able to move freely longer than I otherwise would have if I hadn’t gone to see him. Also, a big thank you to his staff for being so kind, courteous, caring and helpful jumping through the hoops and for helping me get my medication costs covered. Oh, and he saved my nails! Everyone is professional and friendly from the front desk to the nurses. Dr. Bond is patient & calm. He listens carefully and provides a description of what he's doing, what he finds & what he recommends. It's a stress free atmosphere & you get Dr. Bond's years of experience. We've been using & recommending him for over 20 years.

The front desk staff and nurse were nice, but Dr Bond was rude, dismissive and patronizing. I would not recommend him to anyone and we will be looking for another dermatologist.
