My son is a new patient to Dr. Stein I cant not express my gratitude for Dr. Stein and his staff. Nothing but great customer service, friendliness and just all around great!

Dr. Stein was pleasant, reassuring, and jocular. The visit was excellent. A+++ recommend!

Dr. Stein is not only knowledgeable, but he cares about his patients. I’ve had to text him outside of office hours a few times and he has always called me back within a few hours and made sure we were taken care of. I’ve never had a doctor do that before, but it is so appreciated, especially in today’s world where it is sometimes hard to even get a person in the office on the phone. Great Doctor , did a procedure on my 5 year old today, made sure my son felt good /safe , very nice personality . Would highly recommend this ENT !!

Unprofessional, inconsiderate, and lack of empathy for his patients. My daughter (16) was sent home from surgery with zero post-op pain medication. She had a full removal of both tonsils and adenoids and was told to just use Tylenol to manage pain symptoms. After days of her being left in immense pain by Dr. Stein we contacted him for alternative options and he denied her anything that could help. He told us if she wanted any form of pain medication she had to be sent to the ER. Dr. Stein also told us that because he’s a “pediatric” doctor that he can’t prescribe any form of pain medications for minors. I asked my local pharmacist as well as another ENT about this law, to which they all said is un-true. I contacted my daughter’s primary care doctor and explained the situation, to which she laughed and said Dr. Stein was incorrect. Her primary care doctor thankfully called in a 3 day supply of medication to manage pain. After that supply was gone the pain didn’t improve which led me to believe she may have an infection. I took her to the emergency room and she was treated with anti-inflammatory’s and steroids. The emergency room doctor wanted to send her home with a medrol-dose pack which is a steroid to treat inflammation and Dr. Stein denied this. My daughter is 2 weeks post-op today and is feeling better. I called the office and spoke with the Office Manager today. I was astounded by the amount of disrespect and lack of knowledge I was faced with. She could not and would not answer any questions I had regarding why Dr. Stein went about this surgery the way that he did. I felt attacked for asking questions about the way my daughter was treated. After her basically trying to hang up on me the conversation was over. Needless to say this is the worst office experience I’ve ever had and I will not be recommending anyone to this practice. I very rarely write a review because I am a super busy single mom, but I had to take a moment to share my experience with Dr Stein. This man has been a true HERO in our lives. My son is 11 and needed surgery on a really large polyp, which I was told is very rare for an 11 year old. Of course, his father and I were so scared and so concerned. This was our sons first time having any medical issues at all. His office got us in so fast despite all the Covid-19 chaos. He eased our stress immediately and never once lost his composure throughout the terrifying and unexpected experience I was expected this to be. This morning, my son had surgery with him and his colleague. I was actually calm (which is extremely rare for me with these types of situations) because I trusted him explicitly. He is an authentic person, who isn't ashamed to be honest but yet make sense of the medical stuff for those of us that don't fully understand it. He and his colleague did a beautiful job. His bedside manor is professional always, but besides being professional and treating me like an equal, he is kind, caring, compassionate and intelligent. I feel absolutely blessed Dr Stein crossed our paths. Even my son (who also has high anxiety) was very calm before, during and after his surgery this morning because his doctor was confident in his abilities and reassured us all throughout the entire experience. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this doctor and his entire practice of wonderful people. Him and his staff truly stand out amid the many doctors I have met in my life. I will be forever grateful for his efforts, honestly and abilities. One more quick thing I must say too, HE CHECKED ON MY SON by calling my cell phone directly to make sure all was okay and that I understood what I needed to do to care for my child. I am sure Dr. Stein is a great professional but this office is all about the money. We only wanted our two year old to be examined as he had three ear infections within a year. The lady on the phone determined, without even seeing the patient, that he had “chronic ear infections and needed a hearing test”. I thought it was something normal and that it would be covered by the insurance. Even though they had my insurance information for over two weeks, they waited until after the consultation to let us know my insurance didn’t cover it and we had a $394 balance. I never had that experience at any other practice, they always let you know your bill is going to that high, they always let you know in advance. They didn’t even removed the wax from my toddler’s ears and we had to go back to his pediatrician to get that done. Unbelievable. Never felt treated so bad by any medical office. I wish I could give him more stars! My daughter had her surgery today and Dr. Stein went above and beyond. He made sure we were confortable and even made us laugh! I strongly recommend him to anyone, he’s the best!

I work for a local law firm and when I asked around about Dr. Stein, I heard nothing but great things about him. I decided to meet him because my daughter was having constant ear infections since she was 2 months old. He explained the surgery so well, took his time to go over things. The date of the surgery, he was so kind and explained everything again. Like the previous comment (he always tries to make you laugh) He is very knowledgeable, kind and caring. He went above and beyond and called me himself a couple days after the surgery to make sure my daughter was fine and to ask me if I needed any help or had any questions. I would definitely recommend him! P.S a doctor that gives out his cell phone to his patients and says call me at any time is priceless. He cares about his patients and he will make sure he guides you in every way if needed. We really enjoyed our visit. Dr Stein is great and caring. Wait time could be less specially when there is an appointment set beforehand. Overall we had pleasant experience.

Dr. Stein is awsome with children. Hes very caring, understanding and actually spends the time getting to know ur child and explaining what is going on and how we can fix it. If your child is having constant sinus issues please go to dr. Stein im so glad we did.. Thank u dr. Stein

Love the staff and Dr. Stein is phenomenal. He made sure to take care of whatever my son needed, scheduled surgery and my son surgery went smoothly. Absolutely recommend Dr. Stein to anyone.

I recommend Dr. Stein to everyone! He is incredibly patient with parents and children. He once spent over an hour discussing my son’s impending surgery, even though it was off hours and in the late evening when we could speak following bedtime. During this conversation I realized how impeccable his professional knowledge really is and he conveyed the information in terms we understood. I’ve never met a more sincere and dedicated physician!

Dr. Stein is a wonderful doctor who recently saw our newborn son for possible tounge tie. He and his staff had terrific bedside manner and made us feel comfortable and thoroughly explained their findings. Although our son does not have that condition the Doctor connected us with a Lactation consultant and gave us his personal cell to follow up with any questions or concerns! I wish every doctor would be this caring! If you are looking for an ENT, look no further!! He is the best.

Dr. Stein is a wonderful doctor and an amazingly kind and compassionate person. I have never met a doctor like him; not as a patient/parent nor through my work as a nurse. Can’t say enough good things about him. He’s smart, attentive, explains everything, great with children and parents; most importantly, he truly cares about his patients.

VERY RUDE FRONT DESK STAFF. ONCE THEY NOTICED THEY DONT TAKE MY INSURANCE THEY TREATED ME LIKE TRASH.

Beware of fees and Long wait times! Short version: Waited 2.5 hours for the doctor; There is a $400 consultation fee (luckily my insurance paid); Paid my United Healthcare copay and was STILL sent a bill 6 weeks later for $153. When I called to inquire about the bill, I was told United Healthcare doesn't cover all of the testing, but they do cover the $400 consultation w/ the doctor. I asked if this (paying $213/visit) was something the office normally sees w/ United Healthcare, was told "yes." Why wasn't I informed that with United Healthcare I would pay $213 per visit? The most amazing Doctor!!! Beyond thankful for his knowledge, humor and guidance during one of the most difficult things I've ever done. My daughter just loves him!! Highly recommended!!!

Great staff and very understanding & demonstrating compassion with my Special Needs ASD son. The office stafff & Dr. Stein set the benchmark for greatness in the medical field. I highly recommend this office for Pediactric E.N.T. (Ear, Nose, and Throat) Specialist Needs!!!

Dr Ira Stein was the best. His beside manner is excellent as he really cares about his patients. He explained everything about the surgery, gave us his personal cell number and met us at the emergency room at 3 am no problem.

THIS DOCTOR IS AMAZING!!! My daughter was scared and uneasy about going to see an Ent doctor but Dr Stein made her feel comfortable and at ease immediately!! He even gave me his cell phone number to reach out to him direct if we had any problems!! I called him on a Saturday early evening and he answered straight away!! I had an appointment with Dr. Stein for my son i forgot so i called and i was informed that they can not help me and will not reschedule my appointment because it is "policy". my son has been waiting for this appointment for months. i am a single mother working two jobs and have a very sick kid at home, i urged them to please give me a chance and they said "no sorry" i guess Dr. Stein is more concerned with his POLICY than his patients life. I am appalled.

Dr Ira Stein has an excellent bedside manner, gave us his personal cell number and met us at 3am at the emergency room no questions asked. He explained everything about the surgery,loves his job as well as an excellent surgeon. He is the best.

Dr Stein is very knowledgeable in his field which is always important. The biggest impact for us was his way with our daughter with special needs. He was very calm, gentle and really took his time to make her feel comfortable. Even though she's non-verbal he spoke to her and explained everything he was doing to her. She ended up smiling and giving him a kiss which is unheard of as she usually detests doctors and hospitals!

Very pleased with the Dr. and his staff. They made my 1yr old feel very comfortable. My pediatrician had been telling me my son needed tubes in his ears, but when we went to Dr. Stein he suggested waiting. Turns out my son didn't need them. I appreciated that the Dr was not quick to do the procedure.

Maybe he is a good doctor, but when I told him the real illness problem of my daughter and I ask him for help he disappeared. I don't recommend him for real ENT problems

Dr. Stein did tubes and adenoids on my 1 year old with chronic ear infections. It was quick and easy, he answered all questions and gave detailed Postop instructions so there were no surprises afterward. Great doc- office staff and scheduler are great too!

Dr Stein is THE BEST!!!! He is always so great with my 14 month old and takes the time and thoroughly explains everything you have questions about! He did my sons tubes and adenoid removal and was so calming to me as I was a nervous wreck he made sure to explain the whole procedure to me and really put us at ease. After the procedure he personally called me twice to see how my son was doing! He is just honestly the nicest most personable doctor I have ever met! His staff is so great too!

He is the only ent who accepts my sons insurance. He has a eraser shoved in his nose and this office is refusing to see him saying there not excepting new patients. It's a medical emergency seriously!!! This office has no compassion for children health or well being. This is a office that is all about the money and not children's health. Great Dr. Quick and efficient. Yes, it takes a while to get an appointment but there are only a few Ped ENT's in the area. Worth the wait.

My daughter was diagnosed with hearing loss doe to ear infections and needed surgery by a previous ent. Dr Ira examined her and removed a compacted earwax from her ear. The next hearing test came back excellent no need for surgery.

Dr. Stein performed surgery on my oldest son 14 years ago: ear tubes and adenoidectomy for chronic ear infections. I was impressed with him then and I still am today...This week my two youngest children (17 months and 4.5 yrs.) needed the same surgery- and even more, one needed surgery inside his nose to shrink the turbinoids that were blocking his breathing. Again, Dr. Stein was a total pro and my kids operations went smoothly. The next day there are no complications and they are recovering nicely. His bedside manner put my kids (and me) at ease. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Stein! My Daughter had chronic sickness and needed her tonsils and adnoids removed. The first Dr we went to made us feel rushed so we went to Dr Stein for a second opinion and he agreed surgery was needed. He is patient, extreamly knowledgable, took his time explaining EVERYTHING! I simply cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Stein. My son had to have extensive sinus surgery which included: removing his tonsils, abnoids, deviated septum, removing a bone spur in his septum, balloon his sinuses and where his nose fused inside (from previous nose surgery) they will cut open and put stents up both sides of his nose. After having an issues with Dr. David Brodner (different medical practice) not showing up for surgery Dr. Stein stepped up an completed his surgery. Not only is Dr. Stein's compassion for his patients wonderful but his surgical skills are awesome.
