Best Doctor in the state !! Has always run his practice for the needs of his clients to the point and pratical.. I wouldnt be here without his dedication and kindness..He made sure I got the the best of the best specialists truly my quality if life is ???? better because of you !!

Used to be so much better when it was located east of Palms West Hospital. The staff was so much more efficient and caring. Seems like when they moved into the new offices everything about the practice became subpar.Tests are not discussed or even acknowledged. Blood tests that were done every 6 months are all of a sudden not so important. I used to be able to get an appointment with Dr. Miller within a day or two, now I'd be fortunate to get one in a month.I will be looking for another PCP

It’s the staff that makes your office bad. When a staff member tells you they should t have to spend time on something a patient needs. That’s terrible

Double booked and waited over an hour to see the doctor for less than 2 minutes. Definitely not coming back.

Hung up on me while screaming like a man child that I’m not actually sick. How is he still a doctor when he treats people like this? Maybe if you treated people with respect and you wouldn’t be yelling at me how broke you are.

I went to his office and was treated horribly I couldn’t even finish a sentence because the doctor was so rude and nasty. How does this guy stay open?!

I am not impressed with how their office is running. I have had no issues with the NP or the doctors or other lovely people work there. Communication is horrible. I had to call the office so many times to get an ultrasound / Ct scan order right. One time i was told it was with Iv contrast the next time it was without. The office experience is not desirable at all. I do not like to give negative reviews but I also don’t want to do thei job and waste my precious time. Time to run the office more professionally especially nowadays it is run more like a business than a caring doctor’s visit. You have to make separate appointments just to ask a question about your well visit numbers. I am not impressed with how their office is running. The doctor is incredibly rude, he doesn't seem to listen or care at all. You'll get treated but he's definitely not a nice person.

Not a good experience with this guy. You feel like he's talking down to you and the whole time he's just talking to you in a really arrogant and condescending way that is honestly a little bit infuriating. He doesn't respect his patients. He's also very immature. I had a problem I wanted to check out and instead of running a simple test and walking away from me while ranting he knows better for me than I do and dismissively waving his hand over his shoulder. Totally unacceptable behavior from a supposed professional. I have no idea how he's been in business this long treating people like this.

He’s the most arrogant and condescending person I’ve ever met my son called him practically in tears from acute pancreatitis causing him horrible pain and he got cursed out I would come to this guy if he was the only doctor left on the planet.

I am very disappointed with the new management company. How could a well visit go wrong? Too long to go into details however I could basically tell you that I have not received any feedback regarding my abdominal Ct scan with contrast and Cologuard results since 11/4 which is 25 days to be exact today. Meanwhile I tried getting in touch once just for this. I have been on the phone to correct their mistakes from not being able to call in the correct code for this test to not being responsive etc. Never had a problem with Dr Miller or the NP who I really liked on my last visit!! This whole experience enough for my family to change practices

They let their management company have too big a role and got rid of their staff. Used to like going to him, but they don’t care about their patients or keeping them.

Dr Miller is a loving caring professional primary care doctor. He listens to his patients and answers questions in lay terms.

Well I have been coming to Dr. miller for over 15 years. It’s a shame because dr. Miller is a great doctor but I have never been treating with such disrespect in my life. Kristine is the worst office staff to have your team. She is insensitive argumentative abrupt and down tight rude. You don’t treat people like that regardless if they had a misunderstanding and are late for there appointment and if it is there third time being late in over 15 years. Misunderstandings in communication happen; I heard the appt was 10:30 and if I heard 9:30 I would have been there then. I have surgery scheduled next week as I have been in an immense amount of pain but Kristine’s character is the first impression patients see and I would not want my worst enemy being treated the way she treated me. The professionalism is second to none. If the patients have to deal with you before they see dr. Miller, Shelley, and holly run.

I have been seeing Dr.Miller for years and I can honestly say that he is a wonderful doctor who cares deeply about his patients and I highly recommend him to anyone in need of medical care for themselves or their loved ones

I waited for one month as a new patient. Then the day came. Staff is very unprofessional. I am paying cash $200 for the visit she said. She asked for ID because it is their policy for new patient. I had waited for one month if it was their policy she should have mail their policy to new patient. Hell no I am paying cash and you want ID. Great Doctor with a wonderful staff! highly recommend.

Dr. Miller has been my primary care Physician now for nearly 14 years. He has a great personality and makes you feel comfortable during your exam and / or consultation. His staff is very polite and my personal wait times have never been long. He will continue to be my PCP for the foreseeable future.

Never a problem, always helpful. Office staff is extremely pleasant and thorough. Dr. Miller is, most importantly, equally as thorough and I highly recommend him. Thank you and your staff for always helping in times of need. Folks that come late to appointments should expect a wait, hence the appointment arrangement. He is conducting a business of helping the many so if you are late why should the others suffer as well as his busy schedule?! Some people are ridiculous...4 stars is outstanding as nobody is perfect so its the highest score I give including to myself. all others would just be average or meeting expectations, Dr. Miller and his staff exceeds every time.
