I have to say that my experience with Hollie as a counselor has been wonderful. She has helped me work through many issues, and has worked with me when I had to reschedule appointments. I highly recommend her.

Abandonment I went to her in order to address family issues and trauma. Therapy was going well until I experienced a family emergency and depressive episode that caused me to no call no show my appointment. My appointments took place every other Friday. Reached out to her the following Monday morning to explain the situation and she proceeded to tell me she terminated our therapy and gave my slot to someone else. Didn't reach out to me. Didn't work with me at all. No referrals. Said she put me on a waiting list which was months ago and never got back to me. Our previous session before this incident addressed a bad experience I had with a therapist years ago and how I felt abandoned so this was truly an ironic experience. Best of all, one day I showed up to an appointment and she canceled with me due to one of her patients having a mental health crises. I told her I understood completely and things happen.
