I waited four months for an appointment he cancelled on the morning it was to occur. He contacted my sibling and informed her he could not meet with me and that I would need to reschedule. Rescheduling is impossible. It can not be done through the portal because it was made by a referral. I contacted the doctor (Roger Wooden) who provided the referral for assistance with rescheduling and was given an unrelated hotline number. I was also told in so many word that my problems are for my primary to handle. I did not ask to see Dr. Jangira, it was a medical recommendation I thought I would benefit from. I was referred to this person back in September and was told the first available appointment was In January. I actually took the appointment and waited the 4 months. On the morning of the appointment I didn’t feel well and thought about canceling but because my appointment was at 8:30 in the morning I didn’t feel it was right to cancel last minute. I show up to the office on Pennsylvania Avenue and just when Im exiting the elevator I get a call from his receptionist saying my appointment has been canceled! Mr. Jangira decided he wasn’t coming into work. I received the call at 8:25…FIVE minutes before my appointment start time. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!
