Horrible he is rude. Their staff charged me $298 yet billed my insurance and were paid for it. No asnwer at his office unless you want to by a medical alert device. Horrible, never again

Dr. Ward & his staff are wonderful. Dr. Ward saved my eyesight. Without his outstanding care, I’m sure I would be blind.

SARA! PHENOMIAL RECEPTION SERVICE! my girl that did the eye test, found my old script could be fine tuned, cannot wait to receive my new glasses! i cant for the life of me remember her name but she was very informative of the process. doc was quick and short but to the point, got my exam done and off to work in no time. THANKS GUYS!

Very rude and unprofessional. If you like arrogant doctors then he is for you. Otherwise, go somewhere else. Not even sure how he is still in practice with the attitude he has.

Rudest and most unprofessional Dr. I have ever encountered. I would not recommend him to anyone.

This guy ask for cash when medicare/BCBS pays 100% .....wants you to pay over what is considered customary and reasonable...what his contract States....man needs to be out of business..refused to allow for check up didn't trust his judgement when he's out front grubbing for cash. Less then 1 star

trying to get restasis and the filled the authorization paperwork out wrong by checking a box saying I would use with cequa and some other eye drop. dr. ward originally said did not want to give script cause it was too expensive. I said your not paying for it and I have insurance. Do not go!! He told me I only needed readers. Turns out I have MS !! He talked very highly about himself. I knew something wasn’t right and told him so, as the eyesight change happened suddenly.

My mother has been a patient of Dr Ward for many years. At our last visit Dr. Ward diagnosed her with wet macular degeneration and told us to buy some special vitamins for this and that there was no other treatment. Also, her prescription for her glasses was unchanged. Today we took her to another eye dr as her glasses are not working for her. We found out that she has bleeding behind one of her eyes and there is treatment for wet macular degeneration and her prescription was WAY off. I would not recommend Dr Ward to anyone ever. The single most outstanding Doctor and staff that I have ever come across. Very busy but always friendly, efficient and very polite. Highly recommend this Doctor and his staff.

Dr. Ward has a terrible chair side manner. He is abrupt and rude. He talks over the patient and does not listen. He is consistently unpleasant. The office is cramped. He overschedules and once you in the office you wait and wait until he breezes in and gives you 3 minutes. I had waited in closet space twice. The staff in the reception area and billing are lovely and welcoming, but the doctor is anything but! He never addresses me personally and refers to me by "she" as I sit there.

Dr Ward and his staff are very professional while being very patient and helpful. My mother and I are both patients. We like the hospitable staff for the extra care they give my mom who has dementia and has some difficulty getting around.

I was referred to Dr Ward through the Lion's Club and was so happy to find such a professional doctor. He immediately repaired my retinal hole and helped me with the eye drops I needed. I loved his caring staff and would recommend Dr Ward to anyone with eye problems. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!

Dr. Ward is an excellent doctor. He has gone out of his way to help every member of my family over the years. He only performs the necessary procedures and doesn't do anything just to put money in his pockets. He is very professional.
