Not a patient, referring provider office. Office takes a long time to answer, will put you on hold and not reply. I have faxed and mailed out releases several times and have never received anything back even after they confirmed receiving and saying they would send back. Staff is very disorganized and very difficult to deal with. They will also claim they never received the referrals even with valid confirmation on our end and sent over twice. Again, very hard office to deal with. Overcrowded and a mess of paperwork unworked on.

Doctor is quick to dismiss anyone not immediately dying of cancer. Basically told me I was wasting his time after my X-ray revealed several harmful kidney abnormalities I wasn’t even aware of. I wish I could rate him lower than one star.

Office is overcrowded. Wait time is sometimes hours only for 3 or 4 minute visit with the doctor although Minimum insurance billing time is 15 minutes. Sounds like Canadian health care.

The staff at this office s horrible. I've been trying to refer a patient for over 6 months and whenever I fax, they can't find the referral. The staff is Rude and unhelpful, you will be put on hold and wait, sometimes over 20 minutes.

Dr. Rainwater great! Office manager very unprofessional , he needs more staff to handle phone calls and messages.

He sees about a hundred patients a day and always in a rush. Have your finances in order because he won’t talk to you if it’s not squared away. I didn’t appreciate spending only 3 minutes w him most of it in the hallway where others can hear my business.

I've been going to Dr Rainwater for years. He is sharp, like you want a physician to be, yet he is down to earth and a great listener who is open to your input on your medical care.

I have been a patient for many years he and his staff are great. Yes at times they are busy taking care of other. When you get seen you well get the best care that can be found as if no one else is able. Having been cared for over a life time my advice is be thankful they are your care givers. Ron

Several visits waiting area poorly maintained, staff rude and uncaring for the most part. I developed Sepsis from biopsy (very disappointing). Doctor acted surprised when I told him even though the emergency room attending contacted him and he never addressed that issue with me. found another doctor.
