went twice, 1st time for consult was an hour wait in exam room. 2nd time for punch biopsy was 1 1/2 hour wait in exam room. both for 10 minutes of his time. He was fine when I saw him, explained things well, and efficient.

The staff at Dr. Sarka’s office is friendly and helpful and the actual procedure was well-explained and done very efficiently. Would definitely recommend.

I was very nervous about having an impacted wisdom tooth removed. But having had Dr. Sarka perform an implant for me I trusted his care in this situation. His staff and he did everything to put me at ease and the surgery went well!

I used Dr Sarka 13 years ago in Bath, he was exceptional. My Dentist told me an implant had to be removed by an Oral Surgeon. Living in Madison I was most pleased to find he was in Waterville. I saw him today, the implant was fine but a screw was loose. He told me the cheapest and best way out. I do not trust the medical field, but I TRUST DR SARKA.

My experience with my visits to Dr. Sarka's has been excellent. I have had two implants, several extractions and two other procedures with him. He came highly recommended and after all the work I have had done, I can see why. His skill, care, gentleness and "perfectionism" for doing the job right is highly commendable and appreciated. He has an excellent staff of assistants who support him as well. Plus, all the ladies in the front office, especially Manager Diane, take care of all the insurance and paperwork concerns (no small matter) that are part of the dental work experience. I would highly recommend -without question- Dr. Sarka. He is the best!

The staff was very friendly. The procedure was well managed. They made a nice effort to make my daughter comfortable.

Actual surgery and patient care were great but office staff is ridiculous. Telling someone they had an out of pocket bill of over 900 the day before surgery was not acceptable. Computers were down and no bill to show the fee.

My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed and overall had a great experience.

Very friendly staff and Dr Sarka was great! Highly recommend this practice! We had to drive an hour from Brewer but it was well worth the trip. The office worked directly with insurance, unlike how it was handled with the local oral surgeon a few years ago with older sons. 5 stars plus! *****+ :)

I drove 94 miles from Biddeford to Waterville in order to see a dentist who was willing to minimize the pain of tooth extraction by pre-treating my gums in the affected areas.Dr. Sarka took the time to numb my gums prior to using a larger needle to inject additional chemicals to eliminate the pain of tooth extraction. Glad I found Dr. Sarka to extract my tooth

I would definitely recommend Dr.Sarka. He was very professional and his assistants were very nice. They made you feel comfortable and explained everything clearly.

Hes a nice guy but so far 2 out of the 3 times I came in I have had to wait a ridiculous amount of time. First time 3 hours! Sitting in the waiting room now and so far it over an hour past my appt time and its lunch time and the procedure is gonna take atleast an hour!

I chose to have a broken tooth with filling extracted. I called Mid Maine Oral Surgery. They were great I didn’t need a consultation. One visit and it was completed. Dr. Sarka and his staff were professional, personable and very informative on the procedure. In my opinion Mid Maine Oral Surgery provides excellence from the first call to care after the procedure!

I have been thoroughly satisfied with the work Dr. Sarka has done. I f trust his expertise, appreciate his "bedside manner" (gentle and sensitive) and am grateful he is able to communicate in a manner that I can understand. He is a genuinely nice person too! In addition, all of his staff are highly professional, caring, and patient. In particular I would like to mention Diane in the office who has been incredibly helpful in wading though all the insurance and financial matters.

My experience was amazing even though I had complications and had to have another surgery shortly after my first. Dr. Sarka and is team are all so caring and showed a lot of compassion towards me. They all made me feel so comfortable, especially when this setting can be nerve racking. Thank you so much!

i was there and was scared but i am telling you i would highly recommend this office they are like family and give the bestt awesome treatment you could get the dr and the nurse karen super i cant say enough how great the visit was and ffor going to the dentist which noone likes i reallyenjoyed it and the next day no swelling no hurt it was great and i thought for sure my tooth would break and thought the worst but he got it got one piece thank you both so much if need dentist again one ty

Dr. Sarka is one of those rare doctors who does excellent work AND is down-to-earth and personable. I wish he was a primary care physician because I would switch to him in a heart beat.

I suffer from panic disorder and was extremely terrified of having a tooth extracted. I met with Dr. Sarka and immediately felt his compassion and willingness to listen to my irrational fears and anxiety. He reassured me and I felt that I could put my trust in his professional hands. The procedure took literally minutes and I actually giggled near the end...relieved that my heart rate was behaving and that I had chosen such a skilled Dr. The whole staff made me feel safe and I am very grateful.

I needed to have difficult wisdom tooth removed because of the proximity to the nerve running under the tooth. After getting a snarky reception from whoever answered the phone at the Bangor area oral surgeon, I called Dr. Sarkas place and was greeted warmly and set up an appt. there. Best decision I could have made. No numbness, no swelling and it is healing well. Best Oral surgeon and staff around!! My daughter needs hers removed soon. We will travel to Dr. Sarkas for the surgery.
