Dr. Hardy went over all of the possible procedures to address my condition and the possible outcomes in a clear, friendly, easy to understand way. I was well prepared for what would happen during and after surgery; I felt he listened to my concerns and I trusted him to adhere to what I wanted. Highly recommend.

A talented and caring physician. He has been practicing in the Oxford Hills now for for years and has delivered hundreds of children spanning multiple generations into this community. I have had many friends over the years emphatically praise his care. It was actually on these recommendations that I decided to go see him when I needed a obgyn. He has always taken the time to ensure I had a thorough understanding of the options available to me, answered all of my questions, and listened to my concerns. The customer service here is lacking. It took 3 phone calls to get all the information I needed just to become a client (I wasn't given any options, just told I needed to come fill out a medical release form, but I had issues commuting for a week or so... on my third call they told me I could opt for fax or email... Which I can do both.) This led to my care being delayed, which is the opposite of what you need while pregnant. You already have to wait a few weeks until your initial appointment, and they wouldn't let me make an appointment until the form was signed... They also called someone I never "okayed" and left a message for me after I missed their call once, which is a breech of my privacy. When confronted, the receptionist denied the call ever took place (there's evidence), and the office manager became argumentative and contradicted herself to defend their actions. I don't feel like that shows a good quality of care or respect from an OB office. Currently seeing if I can find another provider. I will have to drive even further to get there, but it will be worth it due to how disappointed I am with my experiences here. The customer service here is lacking.
