Eye exam @ his office 8/21/15 & glasses 12/15/15 that were wrong script & bifocal IN upper vision area. Complained immediately to examining doctor & staff, twice in 5 days & was told " I'd get used to them". They did nothing. Glasses went unused & were misplaced. 8/29/16 exchanged emails with Dr.G who had not been told of issues by staff (examining doctor since been dismissed). Said he'd "assess them". Found glasses 2/23/17 was 1st told they'd be fixed, now told it's been too long-don't return!
