We arrived 10 minutes before our appointment we left out 2.5 hours later, just for a routine cleaning. The person before me had been there 2 hrs also.

My visit to Phillips Dentist office was a pleasant one and everyone was so nice and my wait time was not long like I had expected it to be they was on point.

Everyone is so nice. It wasn't a long wait and the office staff was well coordinated. Hats off to Hannah, who coached me through every step of my dental care.

Mane the staff at this office was very good and keep you calm so u wont be so worried man and I haven't been to a dentist since i was a kid with my mom now I'm a grown man i should have been came to the dentist but if yall looking for a good place to go get your teeth fix or whatever problems you have with your mouth please go to Dr.phillips....

Had an excellent 1st visit from an appointment I got the day before in 2021. My appointment wait time was little to none. Friendly people working there from front desk area to the dental hygienist to Dr. Phillips himself. I appreciate that Dr. Phillips did not just tell me what he could do for a missing tooth. He said he just can't tell me that without a full workup with x-rays and a consultation. I look forward to being a patient for years to come. Wish I had discovered this office many years ago. I had a root canal done by Dr. Phillips months later and he called to check on me from his cell phone and stated that I should feel free to call him if I had issues. This just reassured that being his patient is a great decision!

I hate going to the dentist. My anxiety shoots through the roof! This was my first time going here and now I'm looking forward to my next visit. She was great. She pulled my tooth with no problems ????

My visit was very positive. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. From the time I checked in until I left I felt at ease even though going to the dentist office is not my favorite thing to do. I’m looking forward to the next visit.

My daughter loves the people that take care of her here for her dental needs. She always tells me how nice and friendly they are along with the fact that they answer any questions she may have at the time.

Very impressed with the service and the entire staff being in the military and traveling all over the world incly foreign countries seeing many dentist I will say Dr Phillips and their staff are number one and second to none the best ever

Very friendly staff. The wait time for my kids were less than 10 minutes. Hygienist was very thorough and informative about my needs as well as my kiddos.We started there a few years back when we relocated to Saint James. The extended hours, friendly, thorough and caring staff really sold it. I've recommended it to many.

This was my first time visiting the office and it was a great and pleasant experience.. Everyone from the front desk to the dental assistant as well as Dr. Baker herself made me feel comfortable while waiting for service and during my procedure. I will definitely be back “A first impression is a lasting impression” here it was an awesome one.

I have private dental insurance and was asked to pay for my extraction appointment days prior to. I could not book the appointment without payment first. My kids and I will politely take our business elsewhere.

All of the staff were super nice and very attentive!!!

Very modern. Staff were extremely helpful. Everyone explained what they were going to do and what future procedures I will need. One downside was the print on the forms were too small.

They are very thorough when doing your routine check ups and cleanings to prevent any future problems.

The employees are always very friendly and helpful. They always make you feel welcoming and it’s never painful when they are working on my teeth.

This dentist office is amazing. I had not been to the dentist in a long time due to having dental anxiety and they listened to my concerns and worked with me to make sure I was comfortable. Kayleigh the hygienist does a fantastic job and she is very pleasant to be around. I went from absolutely dreading going to the dentist to enjoying myself at the dentist. Yes, that is correct. It is thanks to Dr Philips, Dr. K and her great staff. I would recommend this office to anyone because these people are PROFESSIONAL and care about what they are doing.
