FIRST TIME PATIENT HERE, I WAS RECOMMENDED BY A CO- WORKER FOR A LOCAL FAMILY DENTAL PRACTICE WHEN I MOVED TO THE EAST YORK AREA FROM LANCASTER. EVERYONE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND I REALLY APPRIACTE THAT THEY TOOK THEIR TIME FOR MY CONSULTATION AND CLEANING. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A NEW DENTIST!

Today was my first appointment with Dr. Bell. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Very clean and professional. I felt very comfortable which is huge for me at a dentist office. I normally have anxiety in them. I can honestly say this was the most pleasant experience for me. Dr Bell has seen me since I was 5 years old, he’s always done an amazing job and I’ve never had any issues. I took my husband to him when a filling on his front tooth kept chipping out almost annually from his old dentist; Dr Bell replaced the filling and he’s had it for 5 years now with no issues. Would recommend ????????

Dr. Bell and his staff go above and beyond to provide the most cutting edge advances in dentistry, including cancer screening procedures yearly, in a comfortable and easy environment. Everyone is professional, but also easy to talk to. They work a little differently in terms of payment in order to prevent insurance from taking over patient care, so make sure to discus this with the staff before coming in. I wish more doctors offices would work this way!! Dr. Bell is an attentive, great listener and excellent dentist. The very best one I’ve encountered. He is extremely knowledgeable and current.

Very good patient interaction and working environment. On time appointments - very good at respecting my time as well as performing at a high level. Have recommended to anyone seeking to make a change or new to the area.

I have never had a problem here until recently. The whole reason I started going here was because I have extreme anxiety about going to the dentist, my mom saw something about this office in a magazine, it said it had top of the line brand new painless procedures and that he worked with many different kinds of patients including mentally challenged and people with anxiety. First of all they no longer have laughing gas, they don't supply it anymore. I was sitting in the dentist chair today and dr Gordon bell himself said "So are we actually going to do this today?" With an unprofessional attitude. I replied "yes" and laid back in the chair, with tears in my eyes clearly having a panic attack but ready to proceed with my treatment, and he said "we need to have a talk, you can't do this everytime you come in here, you're covered in tattoos and you need to get a grip" I got up took everything off and walked out and I quote, a legitimate Doctor with a degree said that to my face. I will never return here and I will make sure everyone knows how unprofessional he is. Anxiety isn't something that can be turned off and having him judge me on my tattoos and compare that to dental work is disturbing and sick. Plus a couple months ago one of my fillings he completed just popped out and I had to have it put back in, my insurance wouldn't cover it because it wasn't even a year old and I had to pay out of pocket for their faulty work. Used a CPAP Machine for a few years, slept adequately but it was a hassle with the hoses, camping was a chore, and travelling with a machine took up a lot of room in the suitcase. I love, love, love, the oral appliance I have now. The process was an amazing experience with Dr. Bell and staff. I know it sounds strange but this place is like a spa for your teeth. Their knowledge of the oral appliance brought me in the door, but Dr. Bell and staff made me a patient of this place for life.
