My father went in with blood coming out his penis and clots and Dr Kapu would not refer him to the Urologist for an examination, My father is a heart patient, taking blood thinners and could easily have internal bleeding all. All Dr Kapu is said he would call in a prescription for an antibiotic. That wasn't even important enough for him to call it in on the same day he saw my father. To me that is unsatisfactory and could put my father's life in jeopardy from internal bleeding or worse.
