Dr. Gilbert C. Price

We have been going to Dr. Price for over 10 years. Dr. Price was my mother in laws dentist and now he is my daughter and granddaughters dentist. Their staff is always friendly and courteous to us. I like that they are able to keep us pretty close to our scheduled times. Thank you for keeping our teeth healthy!! I highly recommend Dr. Price and all of his staff. ????????????‍♀️????????

I went in today for an extraction and came out with more teeth than I went in with. Ha I decided to restore a bit of my smile that I have always been a bit self conscious about. I went in the the office and it was very clean. They have all state of the art equipment from X-rays to taking your blood pressure. The treatment areas were very clean and they sanitized after each use. Dr. Abu was amazing and was very knowledgeable and gave me all my options. Very personable and always makes sure you are comfortable. Beautiful. All in all I would fully recommend going here because they are very attentive of your needs and time.

They are excellent professionals, very nice and very patient, I am Cuban and I don't speak English well and they looked for a way to explain everything to me in detail so that I could understand. Everything very clean. I recommend the clinic 100%. Thank you for your attention and especially to the Assistant Sheyna, the Doctor and the girl at the reception.

I have scheduled several appointments and have had them rescheduled every single one. First time was last year and I ended up having to cancel and reschedule but was charged $40 even when they requested the reschedule. This year 2023 I had an appointment for crown at 10am and another appointment for cleaning at 2pm same day. They called day before and said they don’t know how I was scheduled for the crown at 10 and needed to cancel the crown work. They then stated they wouldn’t be able to conduct the cleaning at 2 but could still see me for prep work. I took off work and used a vacation day for these two appointments and they canceled on me 22hrs before my 10am appointment. They then called the day off to move my 2pm up to 1pm and I decided to just cancel completely. They then said they will charge me $40 cancellations when they requested the cancellation and reschedule. This is the second time they have done this. I will not be coming back. They do not care about patients just ensuring they get paid for something even $40 for doing nothing. I have the voicemails and text to prove it. I’ve requested my dental records several times to be sent to new dentist and they refused.

After searching and reading thru multiple dental offices FAQ page, reviews and calling in for additional information regarding the pain I was experiencing. I came about the friendly voice of the receptionist who assisted me pleasantly and thoroughly after I explained what was going on she was ready with options and availability for me and was even able to squeeze me in the same day due to my pain. On arrival of the office I was greeted by the same receptionist whom I spoke with, I completed any paperwork that was needed and they saw me within a reasonable time. The receptionist, tech and Doctor all had great service, were friendly, explained everything, and were non judgmental. I can say I had a good experience with everyone I had come in contact with. This office has a great helpful vibe, all the employees are on the same wave length. They definitely work together as a team and enjoy what they do. Very professional and caring staff. Top notch care. I went in for a Root canal and Crown. They take their time and make sure everything is done right!

The staff was very thorough and explained everything. They are very affordable and will work with you. I have never been so comfortable at the dentist. They didn’t make anything overwhelmingly and I had no anxiety at all.. I will recommend this office to everyone I know.

I’ve been going to Dr. Prices office for a few years now and have had a dental implant among other services. I’ve found that as this office is run like a finely tuned instrument, it is JUST as so, that the staff really CARES about the patient as an individual. This is important to me. Even when receiving my cleanings, which I get every three months now, the doc even boots the hygienist out of her chair so he can make SURE that he is kept abreast of anything new, he doesn’t just rely on reading the notes LATER ON. So for these reasons, I think this has been the best dentist I’ve visited, ever. Update: 12/33/2020 YET AGAIN, another pleasant visit at this office (never thought I’d say a dentist visit was pleasant!!) But, the staff is always nice and the hygienist that cleans the teeth here is as gentle as can be and my teeth feel so so clean!! No horrible waits are also a plus. HUGE plus. Update March 8, 2022. Very informative, quick and easy. Overall just a pleasant dentist office. I’ve had my fair share of dental procedures and I have always been most comfortable here since I was a kid.

These people are great. Very professional, very efficient, and always friendly. You can’t even feel the shots. No pain at all. Very satisfying experience every time I go.

I have never had such a positive experience with a dentist apart from the attention and care that I used to get from my uncle, who was a dentist back home. I went in for two wisdom tooth extractions and was prepared for some discomfort and/or pain, same as when I had my last one taken out (from a different dentist). The procedure went so smoothly and without incident that I didn't even notice when the first tooth was taken out and only noticed when the procedure was finished when I was receiving stitches. I am recommending this facility to everyone I know and will be bringing all my kids here as well. The best five star dentist in town with the most high tech equipment you would never see any other dentist office number one guy it’s actually a good friend I would suggest him to anybody who wanted to really take care of their teeth and her house

I have been in the Porter area for several years. My wife went to him first, and I followed suit on her recommendation. I have never had any issues, the staff are friendly and always helpful. We have had everything done from routine cleaning, deep cleaning - floss regularly to prevent this, root canals, and cavity maintenance. Was able to schedule me right away. I have high dental anxiety. The whole staff was very kind, and put me at ease. Had to have 2 infected teeth pulled. I hardly felt a thing. So grateful for their care!

From Belinda at the front desk, to Christy and Amanda behind the clinic door - always a first class experience! Dr. Price's skills are top notch - I have never felt more comfortable at a dentist office than in his care. Staff stinks... Had to have crown redone after 2 yrs. . ridiculous ????

Dr Price did not stand behind his work.

Very disappointed was all going smooth till dentist started pulling tooth that wasn’t supposed to be pulled and was not numbed then left it refused to pull.. not happy

I went to the office for a consult. The office visit was an overall pleasant experience. However, they did offer to send some things via email but then never sent them.

Christy is awesome! They do only accept PPO dental insurance plans. I had an HMO plan last year and each cleaning cost me $145.

DR. Price is an amazing dentist. He doesnt try to make a dollar off you. He is very up front. He also makes sure to not over book, so you are in and out in a reasonable amount of time.

I came on the wrong day, but they were so nice about it. My tooth was bothering me and They fit me in. The problem has been diagnosed and the repair work is scheduled and all my questions answered. I don’t like having issues with my teeth but it’s good to have a dentist I can trust to fix me up.

I had really good experience at the clinic, everyone was so nice, the doctor was quick and very efficient, I literally did not feel any discomfort, for sure I will continue my 6 months follow ups with them, a perfect 5-star from me!

I was super impressed by my experience today. It took less than an hour for my exam, consult, xrays, extraction, bone graft and all the paperwork. She was very efficient and very quick. Thank everyone for how understanding they were and for how quickly they got me out of pain.

I met with Belinda at the front desk and she was very thorough about what I needed to fill out to make my visits easy as possible. I like the people here, especially the hygienist I usually see when I visit. She’s the sweetest and always has a smile. I really do like the dentist’s approach to determining the means of treatment. I don’t feel like he’s trying to get as much money as he can like I’ve felt with past dentists I’ve had.
