Dr. George Michael Procento

Dr. Procento is professional, a good listener and advisor, and provides very good care. He was my guy for a long time, but an error by an associate/recommendation caused me to seek a new primary. The Mundelein office feels understaffed, but the quality of his care is very good.

Dr. Procento has been my primary care physician for two decades. He is excellent. Dr. Procento gives me all the time needed to answer questions completely and truly cares about his patients. I recommend him highly.

Pretty much incompetent. Doesn’t listen to concerns and tried to foist my dad off on his oncologist. Unfortunately, Medicare made us go back to Procento for referrals for OT and PT. It’s taken him over a month to send the referrals in and we’re still waiting on him to finalize paperwork despite multiple phone calls and messages through North Shore Connect. I would never willingly go back to Dr. Procento. He tried to foist my dad off on his oncologist but unfortunately, Medicare made us go back to his GP a for OT and PT referrals. We’ve been waiting for him to complete these for over a month, despite repeated phone calls and North Shore Connect messages. Just give a dying man his referrals, please! It shouldn’t be this hard to get quality care.

Great doctor. Always informative. Explains everything. Answers my curious medical questions. I'm in and out for my appointments and never really have to wait. Medical assistants are friendly an knowledgeable as well.

Dr Procento is very caring. He has great hours and will do preliminary tests before sending you to a specialist. He answers your questions and communicates test results quickly. He is a great doctor!
