I have suffered many years with numerous dental issues, primarily due to an infection that destroyed most of my upper teeth. A dentist I saw, prior to coming here, let the infection run unchecked causing all the issues. Due to this, I have an extreme fear of seeing dentist. My wife kept telling me I should see Dr. Sims, her dentist, which I ended up doing... reluctantly! But, from the moment I met Dr. Sims and his staff, I was immediately put at ease. Dr. Sims treated me as if I was his only patient of the day, even though he was clearly swamped. He painstakingly took the time to describe everything he was going to do to help me with the pain I was in, by extracting what few teeth I had, to the process of getting me dentures. I had great fear of getting dentures, but due to his kindness and patience, it was a breeze! I am 67 years old and have seen at last 6-8 dentist in my life, but by far Dr. Sims is the best there is! I will never go anywhere else! On top of all that, I can eat ANYTHING I want to now!!! Even apples, hard candy!

I began using Dr Simms back a few years before 2025 in which he did front top 4 implants which were to last up to at least 5 yrs. They kept falling out. I would drive from B'ville and he would have me drive them to 47th and Memorial in Tulsa for some kind of repair and then return back for him to put them back in and this happened numerous times until they could no longer be put in my jaw. Then I was told I had to have dentures this was May 2015. I have been lied to from that day on. They continually break and/or teeth fall out. They now make them out of a different acrylic that irritates my gums and mouth. Taste like plastic and skunky and appears to have fiberglass in them which works it's way out and stabs me. When I call for appointment if office Mgr Renea answers she's sweet until she hears my name and becomes hateful. I was given a new re-wax 11/16 with new 10 yr warranty and the one claiming to be Mgr now, Dustin Ogden says it will not be honored because even though I was told by EVERYONE he was the new Mgr and Dustin claimed he didn't have authority. I was told I definitely wanted these snapin dentures and was promised I would have a big beautiful smile for the rest of my life. Dr Simms put upper rod's in at outward angle and I have been told by two other dentist's they're to be put in straight up and down. I had a lot of respect for Dr Simms and was concerned about his health because during surgery I'd come to and he would be sweating profusely and when I'd ask what was wrong he said he was passing kidney stones and excuse himself from surgery and I'd go back out. Well I lost respect for him yesterday 5/10/21 because he basically called me a liar in so many words and TOLD me I needed to leave there office and I reminded him I can stay as long as I pleased because I still had 4 yrs of warranty. Make it right or return My money! Which last month when I was in there with both upper and lower dentures fractured and my appt was for consultation ONLY to explain why they were put in at angle. Dustin barged in and moved Dr Simms from computer where my files w and while literally talking to Dr Simms the bottom one's broke in half and flew out onto his floor even removing snap. Dustin asked if I wanted my money back and I haven't seen a check or offer and doubt he has authority to do so. Yesterday Dr Simms said he didn't remember what happened one month ago I must have spit them out. So now I'm very displeased with him as well and wouldn't refer a dog to that company!

Its been since may 10 got my upper teeth pulled and top dentures made also it was emphasized for me to purchase a bottom partial (i paid more for partial than the full top) which is made from awful plastic that i simply cannot wear. I had to finally go to dr walls in coweta to have final soft liner adjustment. I woke up as dr sims was pulling my teeth and said”oh your pulling them now” his reply was yeah go back to sleep. Got a lot of other negative things to say but wont , beware dr sims. If he having a bad day, so are you

Started work got into the middle and found out he was not competent enough to finish. Damaged my bone and referred me to another doctor
