Incompetent, unprofessional, ignorance and greed pretty much sum up this so called practice. They'll wear out their welcome in Dover, like they did in Rochester. It's just a matter of time.

When discussing payment arrangements, the owner literally laughed at the amount I would be able to pay, prior to the (urgent) appointment I was trying to make for my son. She only apologized to say, I'm sorry I have staff to pay.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Very condescending and unhelpful.

Name calling unprofessional, price gouging hack.

Dr Wendell is good with my son, however, the office is terrible at knowing how to bill insurance companies and can never get a hold of anyone in the office. Communications with patient's parents are severely lacking.

My child is afraid of going to the dentist and having met Dr Wendell, she may be afraid for a long time. Dr Wendell's staff made my child feel comfortable and were friendly. They suggested ways to put my child at ease and perhaps I could hold her while she was receiving oxygen through a mask. Once I got into Dr Wendall's office, he refused to let me hold her and had no patience to deal with her. He accused me of abuse for not wanting to pay $2000 to fix her baby teeth! He may be a goof doctor, but not with kids!
