Very thorough and compassionate doctor. She even picks up her doctor from home so that she can see them and make sure they are okay

Total lack of follow through on grossly abnormal lab values. Left messages several times.. staff seemed to have total lack of empathy. Ended up very ill in hospital before being seen. Have transferred out of practice.

Dr. Sundaram and her staff are awesome! She is an extremely caring doctor and always takes the time to listen and answer any questions. The staff is great at getting you scheduled as quickly as possible if you need to be seen.

I have never been so frustrated, disappointed, or disgusted with staff before. I feel Dr. Sundaram is a great provider, but I absolutely can not stand dealing with the the office staff. Everytime I need ANYTHING they have no answers or helpful suggestions. I have never received a call back when leaving messages. Working in a medical office myself, I can not understand how the office functions with their lack of service. It's a shame to be so disappointed with a practice because of this.

She is by far the best family doctor I have ever had. She really cares about you as a person and truly wants to find out what is causing your problem. You may sometimes have to wait a bit at your appointment, but it is so worth it. She takes the time to really listen to all your concerns and addresses them. She is not afraid to set you up with specialist, if that is what is needed and she will never send you for test you don't need. She is very calm and patient. I trust her completely.

She is a very smart and really makes you comfortable. I trust her with my care.
