Dr. Veronneau did a wonderful job with my care. I have problems with support staff and follow thru. I saw Dr. Vereneau in May of 2018 for first time. Tried to see him again in March 2019 but noone answered telephone, left ## messages with answering service faxed a request. No response, so I went to another optometrist in March 2019 and faxed a request to have my records transferred. As of today 7/18/19 that still has not happened. Finally after a 20min wait on hold, staff promised to fax records to new optometrist. Again Dr. Vereneau was very good and I thought I had found my eye care doc for a long time. Sorry to depart his service because of clerical inadequacies. I dont need the frustration. I'll go where I'm treated like a valued customer. Dr. Veronneau did a wonderful job with my care. Great assistants and a great doctor who explains everything as he does it. Cant recommend this place enough.

I took my son here three years ago on a recommendation for children with autism spectrum. My son could pass any vision test but the tests Dr Veronneau did we’re so in depth. When he put on his recommended lenses, my son caught a ball for the first time and the look on his face said it all! He was seeing right for the first time. He was so excited. I cried right in the exam room. I would have had no idea had we not seen the right Dr. Thank you Dr Veronneau and staff! To me, you are miracle workers! Dr. Veronneau is WONDERFUL!! He is changing the lives of children daily with his vision therapy. I am a teacher and I have referred several children to him for an evaluation. I have seen the change in each child that I have referred. When they can finally see correctly they can read, do math, write...it is AMAZING. He is also my son's eye specialist and he has worked wonders with him as well. I would (and DO) highly recommend Dr. Gary Veronneau! Dr. Veronneau is WONDERFUL!! I had an appointment for 8:30 (first one of the day) on April 20th, 2018. Had to wait almost a month to get it. Traveled from Pool, WV to Rainelle, a good half an hour drive. Arrived at 8:15 and checked in. Waited, waited and waited. The tech didn't even show up till 9:00. When I asked the secretary if the doctor was coming in she said "she was so sorry". Another 15 minutes and I had had enough when back to the secretary and told her this was unacceptable and left.
