Dr Cason is extremely knowledgeable in spine surgery. I have been to many different spine surgeons and he explores and explained my condition better than any I’ve ever seen.

Dr cason i so hope you read this review ive come back to edit caus I want folks to know who you really are... YOU MESSED UP MY BACK CAUSING TO MESS UP MY LIFE. I can no longer run workout or enjoy so many things i used to do. Everytime i wake up and my body is not the same since you cut me. I have problems with cramps stiffness numbness and just awful feeling. I used to wake up ready to go now i stumble and trip. You ARE The absolute worst Dr. A quack is more like it. First of all he kept telling me my insurance had approved the surgery and all we we're waiting on was approval of the physical therapist. Well come to find out my insurance company never approved anything... The surgery was a nightmare not to mention they found a touch of pneumonia in my lungs and gave me a very strong dose of penicillin (which was on my allergy list) for 9 days. Not in my 40 years of living have I taken penicillin since I was diagnosed as being allergic to it. Fortunately I had outgrown my allergy however the strong dose of antibiotics caused cdiff and I relapsed. It's been months since my surgery and I still have problems with my stomach. Dr casson is a big Quack. If I we're within my statute of limitations I would sue but I was too sick for a year to hardly walk. I have ---000 confidence in him. I can tell you what he is good at and that is sales. He will put a sales pitch on you and your condition that will scare the daylights out of you. There is a reason no one has claimed this website.. DONT DO IT. Get a good Dr if you must. Find one that talks medical terms and not urgency today soon soon soon which what he means by urgent is before you chicken out and he can't practice.... He talks fast very fast in medical terms and doom and gloom. This review may sound harsh and that's to get YOUR attention. Please always get a 2nd or better yet 3rd opinion. I trusted the VA when they sent me to Dr. Cason. I went to the restroom before my appointment and overheard his push for surgery with the patient before me. I realize all patients are different, each with their own issues, but when it was my turn, I received a similar grave, scary prognosis. I was told I needed anterior cervical discectomy and fusion It was all very fast and there was a reference to Christopher Reeve. My spinal cord was not severed like his. I even ran into another of this doctor’s patients and we spoke extensively. She showed me her X-rays and I really worried because mine were worse. She had no range of motion. I knew my quality of life would never be the same. As I looked at this huge office building and BMW motorcycle in the large office area, signals were going off in my head. It took months of worrying before I was able to get my other surgical opinions, but so worth it. I was told the nerves in my neck are not compromised and I do not need surgery. I was also told I will not need it in my lifetime. We take good care of our cars, we need to take the best care of our bodies. Please always get a 2nd or better yet 3rd opinion. I cannot brag enough on Dr.Cason he is remarkable in every aspect of his career! I would highly recommend him. I’ve never felt so comfortable with any Dr. As I have Dr. Cason I’m so grateful for him and the procedure that he did on me he did an amazing job

Doctor Osborn is wonderful. He explains things in great detail and in a way I can understand. He has a calming demeanor and I trust him explicitly to handle my delicate procedure.

Dr Cason performed a very intensive laminectomy with extreme multi level cervical spinal fusion on me in February of 2018. Let me just talk about the amazing bedside manner this man has! He not only made me feel comfortable, he put my mind at ease and broke down everything so that I could better understand my diagnosis. He made sure I felt comfortable and never once did he ever make me feel like I was nothing more than a number or paycheck. He even picked up and held my daughter who was fussy. My surgery was an amazing success and I have more mobility than we were expecting. I traded possible paralysis and death with minimal pain off and on and no joke 85% mobility despite nearly my entire cervical spine being fused! I can’t say enough about this wonderful man! Great Dr. Have recommended him to all my family and friends. He did surgery on me and did a great job. Has seen my grandson and is now scheduled to do surgery on my fiance. Can't say enough about him and his friendly bedside manner. It's like talking to a friend more than a Dr. He shoots straight and tells it like it is but also gives you the chance to make your decision about your health.

I recommend Dr. Cason for your spine surgery he has great bedside manners and he talks to you in depth about your procedure until you feel comfortable about your surgery. He also has a great staff that will assist you with questions you may have, and they will return your calls pronto should you call their office.
