Dr. Gail Susan Marchetto

I have been a patient of Dr. Marchetto since December 2019. I was totally satisfied from the time I walked into the office. The office is very clean, sterile, the front desk staff are all super friendly and professional. Dr. Marchetto is so professional nice and takes her time when taking care of your needs and follows up when she says she will. The Optician is also super friendly, nice and professional. I had to get a last minute appointment request recently and my needs were met right away. They are definitely following all the appropriate guidelines due to COVID-19, which makes me even happier, knowing that they care about their patients. The entire office goes above and beyond! Amazing experience - from the front desk to the eye exam with Dr Admire to the help with picking out just the right frames. Nothing but professionalism and knowledge! I'm so happy to have found this team of people all under one roof.

Dr Marchetto is an amazing, compassionate doctor. Dr Marchetto went above and beyond for me. She called me to check on me for several days when I had a medical issue going on. I wish my primary cared as much about her patients as Dr Marchetto does. I would recommend her to everyone.

I have been wearing contact lenses/prescription Glasses for 27 years. I had the same eye doctor for 25 of those years, he moved out of state, I searched around and found Dr. Marchetto. I was skeptical after seeing only one eye doctor for all these years, but she made me feel comfortable on my first visit. Dr Marchetto is extremely professional and she really does care about her patients health and well-being. As we all know this is a trying time in life and I woke up with an eye infection this morning (Sunday) and reached out for a Telehealth appointment with her and she responded immediately. I just want to say thank you to her personally she is amazing and would recommend her practice to everybody.

I love this office ! They do not come any better than Dr Marchetto. If you want the very best in eye care this is the office for you. Knowledgeable, latest in technology, kind and gental.

I had sort of an eye emergency and they were the first business that popped up on Google so I gave them a ring and after explaining my situation they got me in right away. The office is nice and the staff were friendly. I was seen by Dr. Meltzer who, in my opinion, did a great job at diagnosing my issue and providing a concise discharge plan. She showed full interest in my care and I felt she was listening to what I was saying. I plan to use them as my new vision doctor and I'd recommend them to anyone. LOVE this practice! Always willing to accommodate my busy schedule! Dr. Marchetto has been very patient with me and my challenging eye issues! Staff is amazing- competent, caring & friendly- they know their business! Highly recommend!!

Doctors were very friendly and nice but had to wait 17 business days for my glasses to be ready when they said it 7-10 Business days

I did not have a bad experience but I have decided to try somewhere else instead. I choose here because it was convenient with my commute but I felt my two appointments were awkward. I thought maybe Dr. Marchetto didn't like me for some reason but I realized it didn't matter because I felt uncomfortable with her no matter the reason. I think we just didn't click but overall my experience was fine. I would still say to give them a shot and see if you click better than I did. I think they did a good job in general, they caught a mistake that my old place made and did try to get me the best price they could on contacts but sometimes people just don't click and for me it's as important to feel comfortable as it is to do a good job. Dr. Marchetto is professional, her eye examination is the MOST comprehensive exam I have ever had by an eye professional. She covers ALL the bases. I would NEVER go to anyone else!

Dr. Marchetto was excellent. Very nice and through. Would definitely recommend her. This was also the first time I was able to walk out for test contacts. Usually I have to come back to get the test pairs.
