Been seeing Fred most my life and I have always been treated good there. Highly recommend. I've gotten both my regular and prescription sunglasses here. ????

This place is really ridiculous, I had an appointment in early September and still have not received my glasses now being December 28th. I have contacted the office multiple times and all they can tell me is basically since I have medi-cal, there's nothing they can do. They received my glasses at the office in the beginning of November and noticed a scratch on the lens so they sent them back to the lab. They never called me to let me know they received them damaged and sent them back to the lab I had to call them and find out about it. Then when I just called today, they gave me a new piece of information saying the lab didn't receive my glasses back until November 22 when they were sent on November 2nd. I will never go back to them nor would I recommend this place to anyone. Rude and extremely unprofessional. Incompetent staff, did not know why I was there, was bothered when I asked questions about my prescription. Were not masked despite a county mandate. Was seen by Dr Feil, was ok. Told to come back for another test three days later and was given another exam with another persons file. Will not go back. Too bad, i try to support local but this was impossible.

Great Dr. and staff. Clean and professional.

Best optometrist I've been seen by in my 67 years! Staff is friendly & efficient, office & examination rooms are clean & inviting. Doctor File has the rare quality of making you feel as if you are his only patient. He always takes the time to listen to your every question, and if he doesn't know the answer off the top of his head, he will take the time to look it up and find the answer. Doctor File has been my optometrist for quite a few years, and over those years he has always been proactive in identifying and preventing potential problems as I grow older, and my needs become different. One of the staff members was very rude to me. The others were helpful. My glasses took nearly a month to arrive. Doctor is decent.
