After some not-so-great experiences with other Dentists, I had selected Dr. Puccio based on his education, experience, insurance coverage, and location (right down the street!). Dental Hygienist Rebecca was very thorough and explained everything. Dr. Puccio came in and knew I had sleep apnea based on the appearance of my tongue and gums. The office is sparkling clean and the other staff is very friendly and caring.

I went to Dr. Puccio because I had pain. I was treated and the pain disappeared within 24 hours.

My experience was "fantastic". He relieved my pain, from a cracked tooth, before I left the office. I will not go to any other dentist!!

The Dental Assistants are exceptional and thorough. Dr. Puccio always takes the time to examine, inform, and discuss needed procedures and processes while the office itself appears to use the most efficient and up to date dental equipment available. Upon arrival at the office, I was asked to wash my hands for 20 seconds and my temperature was taken. I appreciate the safety precautions that they are taking for their patients and the safety of the staff. The office wait time is very short. The office is very presentable... I will recommend anyone to use Dr. Puccio as their dentist.

Dr. Puccio and his staff are everything a dental office should be. Dr.Puccio is extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of his profession. I was very nervous at first about getting an implant, but Dr. Puccio made the whole process very smooth and made sure to explain every detail. I'm extremely happy with the procedure - and it didn't even hurt as much as I expected! My husband also got an implant and is very happy, as well. Dr. Puccio & his office staff are awesome. I came to the office initially under emergent conditions & they accommodated me right away. Despite the fact that I've neglected my dental care for many years, Dr. Puccio has been extremely dedicated & persistent in helping me restore every one of my teeth to optimal condition, one visit at a time. I've switched insurances several times & the billing staff have always taken the time to explain significant changes & adjust my treatment accordingly.

Was taking impressions for me to get a new set of retainers. Took three tries on the bottom and top to get an impression that was usable instead of ONE try. I ended up getting a chemical burn in the corner of my mouth from whatever putty is used in the impression trays. I was also told it would be $250 for the retainers and then they told me $300 at the end. Absolutely ridiculous, I've never left a doctor's office so upset in my life.

I had a broken molar extracted and 2 implants placed in the upper left part of my mouth. In less than 1/2 hr. the procedure was over. I had no swelling and to my absolute amazement-- no pain. I highly recommend Dr.Fred Puccio and all colleagues that assist him in his practice.
