I need help but no he wouldn't because I walk out after 1 hour in the ex room and 1/2 hour in the lobby. I had a every hard day. Went back the next day and apologized to them. But when I tried to make a new appointment I was refused.

Excellent family physician. He's very low key, listens well, and is compassionate. He explains what he feels the problem is and acts upon that accordingly.

Your staff and you had such a comforting way when I felt my world was falling apart. Thank you for knowing what I need. You are a wonderful carrying doctor. I wish more doctors would see their patients as real people not just a client. Thank you.

When I was waiting in the waiting room I over heard the lady that answers the phones hang up and make fun if who ever was on the other end of the phone. After my appt for extreme pain didn't explain the next steps at all, I asked for a copy of my diagnosis and he seemed like that put him out, i just thought maybe he was having a bad day. Today I called to see if he could could prescribe a muscle relaxer which he has given me in the past and the office staff was very rude and said he doesn't prescribe that. I do not recommend this doctor to anybody.

The only place in Sutherlin to get lab lab work done. Well they sent it to Mercy...

Supposedly he takes my insurance but wouldn't see me. The secretary had no reason and I really needed a doc.

My wife and I recently changed to this office. We are very impressed, particularly how well he listens to us regarding diagnosis.

Almost got my mom killed. My dad took her in because she was running a temperature and they diagnosed her with a fever. My dad's a med tech and suggested what she had might be sepsis, Dr. Herscher overlooked this and just looked down her throat and prescribed her tamiflu. Couple days later she has to go to the hospital because of SEPSIS (what my dad initially suggested) she passed out and had to be pumped full of antibiotics nearly dying. Obviously this guy and his staff are just going through the motions not caring or listening to there clients at all. I wouldn't wish this sort of thing to happen to anyone else. She has cancer by the way and was doing real well on her treatment until this happened. Pretty much ruined everything. Please don't go to this guy, go to the ER or another clinic instead.
