Dr. Timothy S Murphy

The doctor was incredible but as soon as I had a concern with the office staff I tried sending a letter and the only response I got was from an angry office staff member. She said I was wrong then lied saying my insurance only covers by how much my husband works. I called my insurance after the call and they reassured me there has never been a lapse in coverage from my husbands employer. She made it clear that my letter was going to go where I intended it. Never heard a response from the doctor.

Dr Murphy puts out a cheerful, professional, attitude that reassures and uplifts the patient as he does the necessary work. I don't really like going to a dentist but with Dr Murphy, I actually look forward to his non-stop conversation as he works. Friendly front and back office staff make this a great practice.

He listens to what you’re saying. Gentle touch, doesn’t hurt when he gives you a shot. He’s earned 5 stars.
