He's never available, takes forever to get to his patients, and overall not very helpful.

Dr Gialanella is a great, caring and thorough doctor. When we transferred to his practice he took time to review my husbands history and made good recommendations. Recently my husband went to the hospital and said they couldn't find the problem but he read the scan and pinpointed something they missed. I also chose him as my primary and we couldn't be happier with him.

The front office staff is unresponsive, slow and generally brusque. Very unhelpful. It is difficult to schedule appointments or get questions answered in a timely manner, most times phones go unanswered and straight to voicemail. It seems as if their main job is to shield Dr G from dealing with patients.

We have been patients for 15 years + We love Dr. G & Dr. Salese but the front office staff are ruining the practice and chasing long-time patients away. Thank God for Barbara & Maria, they're great !! Ever since the office started working with Barnabas its been down hill. You can forget about calling, they either don't answer, the voicemail is full, you get a busy signal or if they do answer, you get left on hold so long you forgot who you were even calling. In person is no better, these little snotty girls that work at the front are so rude. First you have to interrupt their conversations, which are usually in Spanish. Just by their gestures and laughing you can tell that they aren't speaking about work. They give you attitude. I can remember when you were sick you could just walk in and see Dr. G or Dr. Salese. Now they want to give you an appointment 2 weeks from the day or they tell you to go to the ER. I would love nothing more that to have the old Primary Care Office.

Dr Gialanella is great but the staffs dont answer d phones , u get a busy signal, dont get a call back nor the pharmacists, this office is frustrating

Myself and various family members has been his patients for his entire tenure. He is the absolute best, very concerned and always available to listen to your needs. He even nursed my mom back to a better health state after she had a stroke. I Love Dr. G

I love the photo. It's perfect. Why because it shows the real Dr G., a compassionate doctor and father and the best primary care Dr. I have ever had? He is down to earth, but also very smart and knowledgeable and has corrected every problem I have ever had with ease and has always worked with me when I needed a last minute referral. Dr G comes highly recommended by me. Anyone who is a patient of DrGs and hasn't seen this photo is going to smile. His office staff also runs everything down pat.CF

He is a decent doctor but their secretaries will not go out of their way to help you or accommodate you. I refuse to be treated by him or go back to his care because of how unsatisfactory their service is. The secretaries spend hours having conversations amongst each other and completely ignore you. And let me not even get started with how long they make you wait.
