Dr. Seskin does all the procedures he can needed or not. I end up in emergency room after one of his procedures and was in pain for several days. Do nit recommend this doctor

Over charged me for an appointment saying the appointment went to my medical insurance deductible and not my co-pay. When I received my EOB from my insurer, it told me the appointment was covered by my co-pay. When I tried to get reimbursed by the office, they refused, claiming my insurance company was refusing to pay. I called my insurance company and they said they paid and had to call and explain it to the office. When I called the office back, they refused to pay because they said I was being rude and then left me on hold for an hour. Do yourself a favor and find another specialist. Good professional experience with staff and doctor.

Made me do thousands of test then when it came to do the prodeure thought he was going to told me I wasn't a good candidate then his daughter told me they did want malpractice bad doctor and terrible staff

Dr Seskin is an amazing doctor. He explained everything to me in a clear manner. His bedside manners are excellent. The procedure was well executed and I am very happy to have him as my Urologist.

Returned to Dr Floyd Seskin Urologist a second time to get his opinion for a surgical procedure for BPH. During consultation after listening to my concerns he stated, “you’re bouncing around, disrupting my staff and taking up their time...” Doc has “Awful” unprofessional bedside manners! It seemed to me that his attention and interest was more focused on dictating to his laptop than providing the best care for the patient. I have been advised by Professional Doctors to always get 3 opinions before any surgical procedure!!! Needless to say I will never seek his again.

This was one of the worst experiences. The doctors staff is very rude. The doctor does not call you back. They over collect if you have a deductible and do not refund you when you over pay. Everyone needs to read their EOB because they are very dishonest.

Great doctor and easy to talk to.

Terrific. He has a gentle manner that convinces you he knows what is best for you -even if you are afraid of what you've read on the internet beforehand. Staff is well organized and pleasant. Minimal waiting time at appointments. Highly recommend.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE! I spoke with Jackie the Office Manager so that she can assist me with a medical bill I received from a 3rd party lab company they used and she basically told me it was a problem for me to figure out. She raised her voice at me, told me she would not reach out to the company because they only have TWO people running the whole office and she will most likely FORGET. She also admitted to being OK with providing terrible customer service! I REGRET ever going into Dr. Seskin's office. It makes me second guess everything, especially that they did not seem as concerned with my health issue either. Called to make an appointment. The front desk made me the appointment but informed me I must pay $180 cash for the first visit consult even though they “accepted” insurance. I spoke with blue cross blue shield (Florida blue) and verified they were in network. The office of dr Seskin explained that they collected the money “just in case” they didn’t pay the whole visit. This billing tactic was new to me but I need to see a urologist ASAP. I needed a specific procedure and spoke with Jackie who is a “nurse” and the office manager. I very nicely asked her the name brand of the equipment that was used. I have had the procedure before and have had success with a specific brand name. Before spending $180 dollars I desired to know which equipment he used. I asked this question to a urologist before and they have always answered right away and very nicely. I am assuming Jackie must been having an extremely bad day. She began to speaking to me in a extremely offensive and rude manner. She stated I had no need to know the brand name of the equipment. That it didn’t matter. She said she did not know the brand name. I then asked if she could ask the doctor when he came in. She stated no, “I will not remember” when he gets in and she has too many things to do. I then asked if I call back can you when he is there to ask him. She then said no. She said she would have to stop him and ask but there is no guarantee to ask him regarding such a “silly” question. She kept repeating that it was a “silly” question. Every other urologist gladly informed me of the equipment they used. I was so glad that Jackie treated me so rudely and with extreme disrespect. I saved myself $180 dollars and much headache. Over the past 15 years I had 5 different Urologist, 1 in NY and 4 in Miami Fl. After meeting Dr Floyd Seskin in may 2018 until now 12/2019, Categorical, Dr Floyd E Seskin is the best of the best Urologist professionally, spot on knowledgeable and with great sincerity. I just recently was diagnosed with prostate cancer and because of Dr Seskin professional guidance and expertise, it was caught early stage 1 and CURABLE by better than 90 percent. His recommendation of radiation treatment is of what he TRULY BELIEVED would be the best option for me, gave me the security and confidence with my life for a long term and positive future. His referral to one of the best radiation oncologist in the country, Dr Martin Keisch of cancer health care and associates in Miami, I now know I have the best of the best DR's on my side. After spending the day in surgery and getting ready to go home for dinner and much needed rest, Dr. Seskin took my call and met me at his office.late after hours and performed a procedure to save me from going to the hospital emergency. This was an act of compassion that is rare in many doctors today. I am 82 yrs young and have been treated by many doctors that were fine medical people, but Dr. Seskin is one of those rare doctors that gives a patient his heart as well as his knowledge. Dr. Seskin has been my urologist for 20+ yrs and can say only good things about him, his staff and entire practice overall. Exams and medical evaluations are comprehensive and Dr. Seskin's explanations intelligible and easily understood. The office is organized and informed, helping to make every visit a positive experience. I've referred several patients and will continue to do so.

Poor patient care. My wife left many messages requesting a prescription refill , and our pharmacy sent many fax for the same. NOTHING , NADA, CRICKETS. This is what you can expect from this Medical Practice. We won’t talk about the awful experience with the Office staff. A few reviews have covered that one.

I’ve had consistently great experiences with Dr. Seskin. He monitors me closely as prostate cancer runs in my family. His office runs efficiently and staf is always helpful and friendly even during busy days.

Out right the worst OFFICE MANGER i have ever meet, called my doctor in NY a liar and told me that why do i want to get treatment by the cyber knife it just a cattle farm .

Took Dr. Seskin two tries to remove my kidney stone and he still didn't remove it completely. I now have to go through a third surgery. After Dr. Seskin's first surgery attempt, he told me he got out the entire stone which wasn't true. Had terrible pain after the surgery. Had to take another CT scan. It turned out Dr. Seskin failed to remove the stone and Dr. Seskin operated on me a second time. Needless to say, he still failed to remove all of the stone. He cost me multiple stays in the hospital, unnecessary CT scans, x-rays, blood tests, i.v.'s, ambulance bills, excess anesthesia, etc. He botched my surgeries and had the nerve to send me a bill for them. Dr. Seskin wanted to rush me into a third surgery at his surgical center and when I refused, he got mad. Dr. Seskin's wife, Jackie, is the office manager. She is extremely nasty. Neither Dr. Seskin nor his wife would give me copies of any of my records when I was a patient there stating that it cost them too much money to print the sheets out. Every time I went to his office, he would take tests just to rack up his bill but would never give me the results. My advice is to stay away from his practice if you are having kidney stone issues. Since my surgeries, I have met other people who used Dr. Floyd Seskin for their kidney stone surgeries. They all told me that he really messed them up and they had bad outcomes. You will be in excellent hands. Dr. Seskin is a very loving individual and has a great deal of care for all people. He is also very passionate about his field and has written a book on Men's Health.

Dr. Seskin is as skilled as they come, makes you feel comfortable immediately... You will be in very good hands. The new office manager is organized, efficient and sweet!

DR Seskin. What can I say. I met him during and Emergency Room visit about ten years ago. I had Kidney stones. Not a pleasant experience at Thanksgiving. He was wonderful. It was a very late visit, and yet he was on duty and got me out of pain and got it corrected. I have been with him ever since. As I age other situations came into play. Prostate cancer reared it's ugly head, not once but twice. DR Seskin was right there and lead me by the hand through this trying time. Staff and all the best.

Dr. Seskin has incredibly warm bedside manner and you never feel rushed when coming into his office. He genuinely cares for his patients and takes the time to ensure you're comfortable and understand all options on the table for your healthcare needs. His office staff is also kind and efficient and go above and beyond to make you feel at ease when visiting his office. Highly recommended and the friends I've sent his way are also very grateful for his patience, knowledge and attentiveness.

This so called doctor was the Urologist on call at the hospital that admitted my father for kidney stones - He walked in like a cocky car sales man selling unnecessary medical procedures. When questioned, he became defensive and suggested that he had enough business and didn’t need any more. He hadn’t even fully looked at the chart before recommending treatment. To add insult to injury, it is clear he was absent when they gave the lessons of bedside manner and ethics in med school.

If you are looking for a Dr. who is willing to make you undergo unnecessary tests and procedures, he is the one for you. Should not be practicing medicine.

The doctor is amazing, but unfortunately his wife/ office manager is so disgustingly rude that I will never go back there. She has a terribly bad attitude and is ruining his practice. She was giving out medical opinions on the phone about what procedures I do or don't need done and she isn't a doctor. He should get rid of her or he will lose all his good patients! I'll always be grateful to Floyd Seskin for being that one-in-a-million healer. He understands how men view health care differently - in fact, wrote a new book on the topic - and from what I see, treats every patient (women too, of course) like a friend in need rather than a set of symptoms. Could not ask for a better doctor. Dr. Seskin is a terrific practitioner. He is what one desires in a doctor - extremely knowledgeable and perhaps even more important a great person. He spent time with both my wife and I explaining treatment and what outcomes I might expect. If you need a urologist he's the guy to see. His staff deserves equal praise - they were helpful and caring and made scheduling a breeze........
