I don’t know who that other person saw but couldn’t have had more polar opposite experiences. Dr Masood is GREAT! Very caring and knowledgeable. The front office leaves a lot to be desired and meds can be a nightmare to get but she is well worth it!

Dr Masood is attentive and knowledgeable. It's great to have a doctor who knows me and my issues. She talks with you and doesn't just stare at a computer. I would recommend her to anyone and already have!

Wonderful doctor excellent staff. I love Dr. Masood she explains everything in detail and is very attentive.

I'm lucky if she listens to my heart and lungs. As my primary health Doctor, I hoped she had a more hands on approach to my care. I depend on my medication for my well-being and it takes quite an effort on my part and pharmacy to get my refills. I have gone 8 days without my medication. Today I called the office and their phone was out of order.

Horrible!!!! I went in for a severe cough and high blood pressure. The medical assistant took my blood pressure with a wrist monitor. The first result she got was 194/120 and she wasn't even going to retake it. I told her that is not a correct result so she took it again and got 127/74 which I was in stage 2 hypertension so that wasn't right either. What doctor have you ever seen takes a blood pressure with a wrist monitor??? They are not accurate. I brought my blood pressure monitor with me for her to see my readings but she wouldn't even look at it. She ordered a chest x-ray and labs and the results were sent to her on the same day. Two weeks later and she still hasn't given me my results. After calling and complaining she scheduled a telehealth appointment with me by email and I logged on and waited for an hour and 10 min. She never showed up. No email or phone call either. I got my lab results from quest diagnostics but TouchStone Imaging will not give me my results of my x-ray.

The labs say I have an elevated platelet and white blood cell count so there is obviously something wrong and this lady wants me to wait a month for another appointment so she can charge me another $200 to get results.
